The wife and I had purchased a "Litter Robot" a little more than a year ago, when it suddenly stopped working. When I called the company's tech support, I was told that the warranty only covered the box for a year, and that they no longer refurbished or repaired boxes past warranty. The company stated I'd have to purchase a new one, at considerable cost. I refused to spend that much cash again so soon after its purchase, so I started calling around to multiple tech repair companies. About half of the companies I called never bothered to call back, and the other half stated they only worked on phones. Finally I got a response from Ryan of ZCR Technical Solutions, who stated that while he had never worked on a Litter Robot before, he was willing to take a look at it. While he was a little out of our way (Indianapolis to Martinsville), he was willing to travel to any location with a mileage cost. The wife and I chose to pass on having him drive to us, and instead decided to drive to him. I'm more than pleased that we decided to make the drive, as Ryan fixed the issue in a timely manner, and at what I considered to be a VERY reasonable cost. He was friendly, communicative, and kept us up to date on the progress. Aside from Litter Robots, he also works on phones, tablets, laptops, computers, gaming consoles, and more importantly vintage repairs (as long as he can get access to the replacement parts). Money is tight these days, and with the recession, it's only going to get tighter. If you have something you want fixed at a good price, I can't suggest calling him enough. Note these are made under license by a top car battery manufacturer in PA. The batteries have a great warrenty of 48 months. The best part was installation is a very reasonable $30.00. I have a AGM battery so it was more expensive than a reg lead acid one but was a very competitive price. Best was installation took maybe 5 minutes. Way better than a car dealership. Highly recommend for any battery need also believe they have free testing but I already knew mine was a goner.

They didn't even flinch.

I shopped around to get the best deal and this place ended up having the best price. They also had a relatively quick turnaround. I was quoted 3 days, but it was ready within a day, which was nice. They fix all types of cell phone, tablets, and computers. Not only do they fixed cracked screens, they sell used/refurbished products as well. They also do general repairs like battery replacements, fixes charging port or software/boot up issues. The shop is kind of tucked away in a small strip mall, but not too hard to find. They were very responsive to my request and needs. I called an asked them how much it would cost and they gave me a straight forward answer. The man working the counter was very friendly and helpful. My kids iPad was as good as new and now has a new life. Having two young kids, I am sure that this will not be the last time that I will need a screen repaired. This will probably be my first stop when I do. I highly recommend checking out this place for your cracked screen needs.

I took my iPhone 5S here to get the screen and home button replaced and my experience could not have been any better. First things first, the store is big, clean and really nice. From the moment I walked in everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I first spoke with Reuben who was very patient and knowledgable. He quoted me a price $30 less than another store, and he also gave me a time estimate of about 30 minutes while the other store had told me 2 hours. I asked Reuben if I could watch the process and he had no problem with it. They're very open about what they do here. I sat and talked with G while he repaired my phone and I must have been there only 20 minutes. He could have did it in 10 minutes if I wasn't there talking to him. G knows exactly what he's doing. He's a really cool legit dude and I would trust him with anything honestly. After G fixed my phone I went up front to look at some cases and talked with Mike for a little bit about the different ones. Josh and his crew at the Ishop are fantastic. The customer service is above excellence. I have been a return customer for a very long time and have referred many friends/ family to them whom have not been disappointed. I feel like I get that personal touch whenever I need assistance from them. I have purchased iPhones from Josh and had iPhone and ipad screens repaired, multiple times. Their prices are truly the most reasonable around and they back their repairs. I had an issue with my daughters ipad after repair and Josh immediately took care of the problem..... Free of charge and quickly. I also can't thank Josh enough for recently helping me with over usage of data that my preteen daughter was abusing. This place is incredible. My college age daughters are always dropping and breaking their iPhones and these guys always repair them at extremely reasonable prices. We have done business for at least a couple of years now, and we honestly have had nothing but the best experiences. They are honest, trustworthy and gifted at their craft. They've had opportunities to make much more money off me... The conversation goes, "That will be $40." Me: "Is that enough?" Them: "Hey, just tell someone about us." So... Here you go! These guys are good! My latest episode... I broke my iPhone holster... and was having trouble getting to their shop before closing because of my job. What did they do? "No problem. I have an Iphone 5C. I cracked the screen early November and I decided to purchase a replacement screen off of Amazon to save money. Well that screen cracked so I did the whole replacement screen off of Amazon again. Needless to say that screen was a bust it did not work at all. A friend said take it to iShop they can repair it. So I took it and the guy at the counter was like where did you get this screen and I told him. He showed me why I should never purchase off the internet again. He was so nice. I wish I could remember his name. He was wearing a hat and sitting in the front. Both of the men were very helpful. There was also this man who was more mature in life next to me and the guy helping him was so patient. As a Senior Citizen I look around for a business that is patient and willing to take time to help me! The IShop is that business! Josh and the employees that work for him are all patient and will take time to explain the process for using my phone!! I took a couple of my friends in and Josh was more than helpful to them and charged them nothing for the advise!! When you can take time for Senior Citizens you have patience! 5 star business, more like dear friends. Back when a secret shop, my daughter and I stopped in with an IPod broken screen, they fixed on the spot. And really cheep, we have been going back ever since. I often refer my friends to the guys at ISHOP I think they know my number by heart, they are great, honest, iPhone smart! When I need them, they don't make me feel dumb, they tell me every one does that, they make me feel normal and if they can't fix it no one can, I've never left disappointed. You can tell that customer service is very important to the owners of this shop! My iPhone looked like it had sprung a leak with wires coming out of the bottom. I took it into the shop fearing the worst. They didn't take advantage of my hardship at all. About an hour later my phone was as good as new, and at a great price. As I waited on my phone I watched the staff interact with people from 16-65. I watched them answer question after question that people asked, didn't matter if the person was buying anything or not. I found this place over the summer when a football player stepped on my IPAD!! I took it into the Ishop hoping I could salvage it. I got great news. The owner helped me in a timely manner and treated me like I was family. Gave me a very cheap price to replace the screen and on top of that, finished it while I was there. 20 minutes later I was out the door with an IPAD that was like new. I have been to the i Shop many times the past few years and have alway had a great experience. Josh always seems to know his stuff and when he does not, he will let you know and even get back with you, weather you like the answer or not. Josh is straight shooter and I never feel like he is tweaking his responses to me when I interested a product he has or need something fixed when it does not. I like to wheel and deal and so does Josh but in the end I always walk a way feeling like it was a win win which is the way it should always be. Took my iPhone to these guys and had an amazing experience. The owner Josh took the time to come out of the back and talk with me again. He remembered me from my previous visits and was very helpful with all of my questions. I don't know if the reviews on here are for the correct store but the Ishop that I have visited on numerous occasions has been nothing less then amazing. The staff and owner are always there to greet you with a smile and they have the best prices that I have found. I came to get a screen repair because my screen was turning off and then back on 10-20 times a day. I was helped by a guy named Josh he said he was the owner he was very nice and knowledgeable about iPhones. He took a look at my phone to diagnose the problem he opened the phone up and told me a cable came loose. He fixed my phone and didn't charge me a dime. I've been having problems with my iPhone for awhile now the screen would turn blue and restart by itself. After going to 2 dif "repair shops" and being told that there was nothing that they could do, I took it to the iShop and within the day they had fixed my phone. The staff, supper friendly and professional. The took the time to explain the issue to me and what they did to fix it and the price for the repair was very reasonable. I took my dead iphone 5 in. They did Free diagnostics to let me know my motherboard fried. I had an old iphone 4 that I am now using. The home button was working intermittently so I took that in and Josh did a quick fix and once again didn't charge me for it. After finding One Stop Cellular Repair in Broad Ripple (conveniently just 5 minutes from my house), I decided to stop in this morning. Jordan quickly explained that yes, I broke the LCD screen and there was a very small chance that the phone would be irreparably damaged, and if that was the case, he wouldn't charge me anything for taking a look at my device. THANKFULLY, he was able to set me up with a new screen, even showing me on the old screen exactly where the damage had been done. In just 20 minutes (!!), I was back in business and reconnected with the world for both work and personal use. Pricing is competitive - exactly what I expected to pay, frankly - and Jordan is personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We chatted throughout the repair, and in no time, I had a like-new phone with everything working as it should. He even charged my device a bit for me as it had died in the two days post concrete parking lot drop (now known as "the incident"). I walked out extremely satisfied, and I highly recommend One Stop Cellular Repair. Jordan and his team are open 6 days a week (closed Sundays) and will repair or replace nearly anything on your device - battery, charging port, LCD screen, water damage repair, camera, speaker, home button, volume buttons, etc. Very glad I stopped in today!

And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". They're also very vague with what they do repair, they say they order parts , replace things and do all this and that. But you never exactly hear what was done. It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . Phone battery died after it left the shop, worker told me it left with good battery #s and it's extra charge to replace the battery. Note says it was shown and documented Low battery numbers yesterday, didn't mention it , didn't show paper work till I asked for it today . NOTHING . A joke . Scam scam scam.

It did take a while for our computer to get fixed but let me tell you it was so worth the wait but majority of the time was waiting for parts. We had a hp omen and took it to a different shop at first and had them put the guts of the omen into the new case so I could put a bigger liquid cooler in. Then that shop started telling me that they couldn't get the liquid cooler to work with the hp omens motherboard. So they sold me one of the motherboards they had and put it in. When I got it home it was reaching super high temperatures and sounded like a jet the whole time it was on. That computer shop did a horrible job and sold me a bad motherboard. When Jeff got into the computer he confirmed that the motherboard they sold me was bad. I regret us taking it to another computer shop and not just going to Jeff. Jeff was very understanding with what we wanted and what had happened. When jeff got into the computer we decided we wanted him to put everything into a new case and put in a different liquid cooler. When Jeff opened the computer up the whole thing was pretty much bad (not Jeff's doing though). The parts we ended up getting was a new case for more airflow (NZXT H7 Flow - CM-H71FB-01 - ATX Mid Tower PC Gaming Case), a bigger liquid cooler (NZXT - Kraken Z73 RGB 360MM Liquid Cooling System), a new power supply because the one I had the cables were to short to reach everything (NZXT C850 PSU (2022) - PA-8G1BB-US - 850 Watt PSU - 80+ Gold Certified ), four fans (NZXT AER RGB 2 - HF-28140-B1 - 140mm), led strips (NZXT Underglow Accessory, AH-2UGKK-A1, Two 300mm RGB LED Strips), and then I changed from AMD motherboard to a intel motherboard. The new one is NZXT - Z590 (Socket LGA 1200) USB 3.2 Intel Motherboard with Wifi. The processor we bought is a Intel - Core i9-11900K 11th Generation - 8 Core - 16 Thread - 3.5 to 5.3 GHz - LGA1200. Jeff communicated with us about everything and was very patient with us when ordering parts. He takes his time with his work and cares about everything he does including wire management. Jeff also helped carry the computer and parts to the car because my boyfriend could not lift due to having surgery a week prior. I can not express how thankful we are to Jeff for getting the computer fixed and how caring he is. He texted after we got it home to make sure we weren't having any problems and that we were satisfied. 10/10 would recommend PC ParaMedix to everyone. From now on I will always bring my computer to Jeff. Do not take you computer anywhere else but Jeff (especially flux they don't care about there work or customers). His work is worth every penny and the time we had to wait was worth it.
