I took my iPhone 5S here to get the screen and home button replaced and my experience could not have been any better. First things first, the store is big, clean and really nice. From the moment I walked in everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I first spoke with Reuben who was very patient and knowledgable. He quoted me a price $30 less than another store, and he also gave me a time estimate of about 30 minutes while the other store had told me 2 hours. I asked Reuben if I could watch the process and he had no problem with it. They're very open about what they do here. I sat and talked with G while he repaired my phone and I must have been there only 20 minutes. He could have did it in 10 minutes if I wasn't there talking to him. G knows exactly what he's doing. He's a really cool legit dude and I would trust him with anything honestly. After G fixed my phone I went up front to look at some cases and talked with Mike for a little bit about the different ones. Josh and his crew at the Ishop are fantastic. The customer service is above excellence. I have been a return customer for a very long time and have referred many friends/ family to them whom have not been disappointed. This place is incredible. My college age daughters are always dropping and breaking their iPhones and these guys always repair them at extremely reasonable prices. We have done business for at least a couple of years now, and we honestly have had nothing but the best experiences. They are honest, trustworthy and gifted at their craft. I have an Iphone 5C. I cracked the screen early November and I decided to purchase a replacement screen off of Amazon to save money. Well that screen cracked so I did the whole replacement screen off of Amazon again. Needless to say that screen was a bust it did not work at all. A friend said take it to iShop they can repair it. So I took it and the guy at the counter was like where did you get this screen and I told him. He showed me why I should never purchase off the internet again. He was so nice. I wish I could remember his name. He was wearing a hat and sitting in the front. Both of the men were very helpful. There was also this man who was more mature in life next to me and the guy helping him was so patient. As a Senior Citizen I look around for a business that is patient and willing to take time to help me! The IShop is that business! Josh and the employees that work for him are all patient and will take time to explain the process for using my phone!! I took a couple of my friends in and Josh was more than helpful to them and charged them nothing for the advise!! When you can take time for Senior Citizens you have patience! 5 star business, more like dear friends. Back when a secret shop, my daughter and I stopped in with an IPod broken screen, they fixed on the spot. And really cheep, we have been going back ever since. I often refer my friends to the guys at ISHOP I think they know my number by heart, they are great, honest, iPhone smart! When I need them, they don't make me feel dumb, they tell me every one does that, they make me feel normal and if they can't fix it no one can, I've never left disappointed. You can tell that customer service is very important to the owners of this shop! My iPhone looked like it had sprung a leak with wires coming out of the bottom. I took it into the shop fearing the worst. They didn't take advantage of my hardship at all. About an hour later my phone was as good as new, and at a great price. As I waited on my phone I watched the staff interact with people from 16-65. I watched them answer question after question that people asked, didn't matter if the person was buying anything or not. I found this place over the summer when a football player stepped on my IPAD!! I took it into the Ishop hoping I could salvage it. I got great news. The owner helped me in a timely manner and treated me like I was family. Gave me a very cheap price to replace the screen and on top of that, finished it while I was there. 20 minutes later I was out the door with an IPAD that was like new. I have been to the i Shop many times the past few years and have alway had a great experience. Josh always seems to know his stuff and when he does not, he will let you know and even get back with you, weather you like the answer or not. Josh is straight shooter and I never feel like he is tweaking his responses to me when I interested a product he has or need something fixed when it does not. Took my iPhone to these guys and had an amazing experience. The owner Josh took the time to come out of the back and talk with me again. He remembered me from my previous visits and was very helpful with all of my questions. I don't know if the reviews on here are for the correct store but the Ishop that I have visited on numerous occasions has been nothing less then amazing. I came to get a screen repair because my screen was turning off and then back on 10-20 times a day. I was helped by a guy named Josh he said he was the owner he was very nice and knowledgeable about iPhones. He took a look at my phone to diagnose the problem he opened the phone up and told me a cable came loose. He fixed my phone and didn't charge me a dime. I've been having problems with my iPhone for awhile now the screen would turn blue and restart by itself. Just recently i tried to update my iPhone but the problem was it didn't go as planned the screen was stuck on the apple logo ( black screen and the white Apple ) so I tried several times to restart it but it would keep doing the same thing so I went in check out the ishop to see if they could do anything about it and they sure did a awesome job my iPhone hasn't acted since then thank you josh read more

After going to 2 dif "repair shops" and being told that there was nothing that they could do, I took it to the iShop and within the day they had fixed my phone. The staff, supper friendly and professional. The took the time to explain the issue to me and what they did to fix it and the price for the repair was very reasonable. I took my dead iphone 5 in. They did Free diagnostics to let me know my motherboard fried. I had an old iphone 4 that I am now using. The home button was working intermittently so I took that in and Josh did a quick fix and once again didn't charge me for it. Great service and technical support ! In my circumstance, my iphone 5 could not be repaired. The iShop said they would buy the phone. I received great compensation for a water logged phone !
