I took my switch in to get repaired & they were not able to fix it. The issue wasn't that they couldn't fix it, it was with their communication. They are not effective communicating with their customers. When you call them, their voicemail box is full and you cannot leave a message. I had to call at least 5 times for them to pick up the phone, they might be short staffed. They had my switch for over 2 weeks and even when it was "completed", they still never gave me a call. Dropped a device of for a family member for a simple screen replacement. When device was returned. The photos and google wallet were both open on the device. Waited 3hrs for it to be completed. They refused to give and estimated time the device would be done. Left the store 30mins later they called and said it was done. Personally wouldn't go back but AT&T insurance doesn't leave you much of an option. read more

I made an appointment on their website the night before. I scheduled the first appointment of the day and arrived right at 10 AM. The door was locked and no lights were on. After about 5-7 minutes a guy walked around me with a Chick-fil-A bag and a drink. As he started to unlock the door he informed me he couldn't help me until his co-worker got there. He went in and locked the door behind him. 10 -15 minutes (eating breakfast, I presume) he turned on the lights, opened the door and finally asked me what was up. I told him I made a 10 AM appointment to have a screen replaced on my husband's iPhone. After fiddling around on the computer terminal, he got me checked in and went into the back. He came back out and said he didn't have a screen in stock and would have to order it. That would take 3-5 days. I told him, "No thanks. I think I'm going to look for other options. I hope he enjoyed his breakfast. I'd give zero stars if that were possible! read more

I took my phone in to be fixed. The person who helped me told me it would be a your hour fix. Since they close at 7 and it was after five, the person recommended me coming in on Saturday. Then she visibly inspected my phone, most notably the charging port and screen. I asked if this was covered under warranty and was told yes. Zero cost pending water damage which they have to open up the phone to see. I arrived before 10. So did four other people. I knocked on door to have someone open it around 10:05. (Side note: They say open on Sunday but they are not). My turn came up...I told the other person working that I had an appointment. She found me. Looked at my phone, just the screen and said that this wouldn't be cover under warranty. I asked if she could ask and said no. Cost to fix was around $400. Four times visited, Sunday, but they are closed (hours say open). Monday, I was told I need a claim (found out I didn't). Thursday, phone is covered under warranty. Saturday, phone isn't covered under warranty. One thing for sure. I'm not going back. read more

Took over 7 hours to just fix a phone screen. they let my phone die by leaving it sitting all day in the back. They kept telling us times to come back and saying itd be another hour and being snappy with us. On top of all of this THEY DELETED VIDEOS AND APPS ON MY PHONE WITHOUT MY CONSENT. After weeks, no communication from them about my repairs and the phone was given back in the same condition because they "Couldn't get new parts to work with my phone". I had to beg them to provide any information during this time and the only excuse I was given was they were severely overloaded. Then close down the schedule. Can't continue to perform the same poor service and expect a different result. Now I'm getting ghosted as Samsung can't get ahold of them, I can't get ahold of them in order to close out the ticket so I can get a replacement phone. read more

Poor customer service at this location...I'd give it zero stars if it would let me. I'd like to review the service here, but I couldn't get past the bureaucracy. My cell battery failed, contacted carrier, set up to have battery replaced. Take phone in and they claim back glass needs replaced. Told to file another claim. I do this. Drive back with my phone and 2 service tickets. Leave phone. They call 1.5 hours later to say they cannot process to claims on same phone and that I need to get these combined. Contacted carrier and insurance co, but got disconnected. Contacted store again. I have to pick up phone, then resolve issue, then bring it back. I ask if I can leave it there. No I "must pick it up" as it is policy. I drive 30 minutes to pick it up. Waited for someone to come out. Woman gets my phone and just holds it while she does something on the computer. She states I have to sign something. I refuse. I did not sign anything when dropping it off. I will not sign it "out." I take the phone to the carrier store for help. Guy tells me the battery is swollen and "DANGEROUS." The employees at this store knew it was dangerous (probably why they wanted out of the store) and did not tell me to be careful with it. I could not tell you if the quality of the service was good, but the customer service was bad. Go to a different store...even if it's inconvenient. read more

The workers were incredibly nice, but they're god awful at communicating and actually getting a phone repaired. It took 3 weeks to even get my phone into the store. Prior to this i had been to a couple of other stores who said in the end this phone was just going to need replaced. So, I go in on the first day and they tell me they have to at least try to repair it before replacing and I'm like yeah that's understandable. So they order parts and tell me they'll be there in 3-5 days, 7 days go by and i have not heard from them so I call and whoever answered said "Well the parts said they were delivered but we didn't get them, so I'll go ahead and order some more for overnight shipping." So they decided to not call me and tell me there was a delay and actually waited until I called them to even order the parts again. 3 days go by and I have not heard from them. I call again, this time the parts have arrived but now their systems are down so they can't do any motherboard replacements. So again, you can't call the customers and tell them this? They have no estimate for when this will be fixed so in my head I'm like okay I'll give them a week. 5 days later they call and tell me the systems are back so they can take my phone on Monday, Feb 27. I bring my phone in at 5pm, I give them a phone number to call (my brother) and ask if they can email me in case he doesnt answer. They say yes but that they will also leave a voicemail. They tell me they have to hold the phone for 24 hours then they'll call me. No call from them the next day so I decide to go to the location. They tell me they tried to call me and I asked what number? And you know what they did, read MY OWN NUMBER back to me and said "the voicemail said your name so we know it's you" No way in their right mind did they call the number of the phone they were repairing.... So Im like i gave y'all a different number and they read it off to me. But they decided to not call that number or email.. makes sense. So then Im like what did you call me for and they tell me it's because the repair didnt work so they had to order a replacement (which they already ordered by some miracle) and in my head im like yeah obviously the repair wasn't gonna work i told you that from the beginning. And i ask for my old phone back and they said NO. Under whatever policy (they couldnt give a direct answer) they would not give me my phone back until the repair was there. So that was Monday, Friday I call them, had to call three times because it kept going to voicemail and their inbox was full. Low and behold my phone was actually ready, and they literally had the audacity to tell me they called MY phone number again... I said you do realize thats the phone you guys have, and they said well its fine because you answered. They also called the other number but didn't leave a voicemail so my brother didn't know it was them and they didn't email again when they EXPLICITLY said they would. So I went to pick up my phone since they said it was ready... had to wait another hour because they didn't transfer the sim card or any data over. Killed some time at the 5 Below behind it. Came back, couple more minutes, thats fine, except when i finally got my phone it looked like a completely reset phone, only my contacts, notes, the basics had transferred. I asked if they were going to do the transfer for all my apps and whatnot and got told "Our software doesn't cover those transfers, unfortunately you'll have to redownload everything individually from the play store" Bummer but whatever. I'm in my car about to leave and looking through my phone when I see something that says 11 minutes until transfer is done and im like hmm maybe don't lie saying my phone is done if it's not? Thankfully when the transfer was done all of my apps downloaded, I was able to relogin to most things, but the google authenticator has to be transferred with the old phone and new phone next to each other. I was able to come back the next day and transfer the authenticator app. read more
