Excellent quality, great service, and the best price in town. Highly recommend this location over any of the big typical brand stores.

This place is honestly a joke. Not once but twice has my mom brought her phone here and the repairs only temporary. First time less than 3 weeks, second time less than 3 hours. And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". To me it's just unprofessional, and money hungry to charge for a repair that needs fixed twice . Won't be back, won't recommend. They're also very vague with what they do repair, they say they order parts , replace things and do all this and that. But you never exactly hear what was done. It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . Phone battery died after it left the shop, worker told me it left with good battery #s and it's extra charge to replace the battery. Note says it was shown and documented Low battery numbers yesterday, didn't mention it , didn't show paper work till I asked for it today . NOTHING . A joke . Scam scam scam. read more

Indy Phone Doctor - When asked for a receipt of what was ordered, what was replaced , this is what was shown , no parts no replacements written. - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Indianapolis, Indiana

only good thing about the repair was it was fast. my gfs screen never touched the same again. always had issues with having to double and triple tap things on screen before getting a response. paid 179 for a "cheaper" screen but all screens were cheap and plastic chinese reps. the battery he replaced also absolutely sucked and is already preforming like its only got 70 percent battery health. screen formed black blobs and pressure cracked due to being plastic. don't waste your money. get apple care for $20 a month you have 4-5 years before the device isn't eligible for it. read more

Robert is the man! Mentally spiraling from my inability to AUX, a change was in order. My rash decision-making led me to pay for a new charging port rather than a new phone. We all have our flaws, mine a loyalty to a battle-tested iPhone XR. Albeit a new location, this guy has been saving technological hides for years. I'm grateful for his speedy work and thorough checks of other phone health portions. Whatever the phone needs, this is your guy. Big ups! read more

I needed a new charging port for my iPhone, and it was great service, very fast and professional. Would definitely recommend

Robert is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help consumers with a damaged or "injured" cell phone. I would use him again and would highly recommend him. My issue was a dead Pixel 10 Pro XL after 90 days and he determined what the issue was when my carrier could not. There's more to the story but Robert's the one you should go to! Go directly to Indy Phone Doctor and, per the Monopoly game, don't go to "Jail". ;-) read more

This place was amazing! Robert was so nice and answered me quickly. I texted him about the back of my shattered iPhone 14 Pro Max and he texted back so quick! He said he could do it and gave me a reasonable price and time (got back within the same day), he even stayed after closing hours to help with a screen protector and phone case! Highly recommend! read more

Wonderful customer service. My battery was over-heating and I was unable to charge it. Robert ordered a new battery and kept me posted about its shipment. Once it arrived, it was promptly installed. His new employee checked my phone to make sure it was functioning properly. I highly recommend Indy Phone Doctor. read more

i got my screen fixed on my iPhone 13 very affordable and fast I definitely recommend anybody to get their devices fixed here!

Great spot great service!!! Fixed my laptop and iPad! They are responsive and great to work with.

Researched who to use for the cracked screen on my iPhone. I'm so glad that it decided to go with Indy Phone Doctor. Easy to find and repair didn't take that long to fix. Luckily the repair was nothing more than a cracked screen. It was gone over for a more serious repair since it was under the tire of a car. I definitely recommend this place for any kind of repair of a cell phone. read more

Start to finish Robert was an absolute rockstar. I broke the back glass of my special edition phone and spent 2 weeks and literally hours of calls with Asurion, only to finally find out it requires full phone replacement (it's Samsung, so it's only a policy thing, not functional), it will cost over $200 (even though I have insurance), and I get whatever they feel like sending me. I called the store, outside of business hours, expecting VM or a recording. Instead Robert answered, spoke to me for about 10 minutes answering all my questions and providing a bunch of information I didn't know to ask. He text me several replacement options with associated pricing and lead time, and had everything repaired several days before estimate. I could not be happier with the product, quality, or service. 10/10, would recommend read more

This is the second time I've come in, initially found it on Yelp. First time had cracked screen, this time dropped phone in toilet and screen had water damage. ‍ Robert was kind, professional, and got my screen fixed in less than 30 min. I will definitely come back should I need repairs in the future, and am happy to refer folks his way. Worth the drive from downtown to have this level of service! Also love supporting a local business. read more

While I don't recommend letting your phone fall out of its mount mid bike ride, should it happen I DO recommend Indy Phone Doctor for your repair needs. Came in with a destroyed back camera lens after my iPhone (you guessed it) slipped during a bike ride and met an unfortunate fate with the pavement. The Apple Store quoted me $400+ to fix. Indy Phone Doctor got me in, no appointment, and had my phone fixed in half an hour for a quarter of the cost. Highly recommend! read more

Got a cracked screen on one of our iPhones and was going to fix it at a different shop close to where we live, but it was closed on Saturdays. I'm actually happy we came here in the end - not only it was less expensive, the business owner was very friendly and did an amazing job replacing the iPhone screen. It took about an hour and we couldn't be happier with the end result. I'd definitely recommend Indy Phone Doctor to anyone who needs their gadgets fixed. read more

11/10 recommend! After dropping my phone face first on a tile floor and shattering the screen I was able to get it repaired very quickly! I called ahead and he told me to bring it in whenever, it only took him about 15 minutes and he did and amazing job!! The prices may seem expensive but they are a fraction of what Apple or many other repair stores would charge. read more

The owner Robert was really friendly, knowledgeable and QUICK!!! We found him on google and I'm happy! We were in and out in 30 minutes and my phone looks like new :) he's very affordable and his shop is clean and has some cool displays of phones. Definitely recommend. read more

Professional job from start to finish. iphone 15 pro max with the keyboard whited out. With no idea where to go and needing my phone ASAP, I decided to go "3rd party phone repair". Reviews led me to Indy Phone Dr. After inspection he asks if I had tried to make a claim, he suspects it's still under warranty. I had not, asked him for a quote anyway being rash. Gives me a decent quote! I agree for him to do it wanting it right away. Before starting, he gives me the caveat of a feature that wont work on a 3rd party replacement item. And then suggests again to go check if it can be claimed under warranty!! He is right, I should at least check, it is a $285 repair. He even gives me directions because... I dont have a phone. I get to the apple store, its still covered!!! They get me in and out in 1 hr. I then went back to his store to get a new screen protector put on and thank him for the honesty. And apple did show me the $365 price of the repair that was covered. read more

Would definitely recommend this company for any phone repairs. They fixed my iPhone screen in just a couple hours time and the guy was very friendly. They also sell their homemade spices at the counter. Pretty cool! read more

Indy Phone Doctor was very helpful, professional and explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. I enjoyed the conversation with him and I don't think it took 30 minutes atleast it didn't seem like it took that long, my Grandson was even impressed ( it was his phone being repaired). I will give him 5 stars or atleast my Grandson will.....I'll be back if I need to and send others as well. read more

Did an amazing job repairing my battery. Took them about 25 minutes to get the job done with a reasonable price. Would recommend for anyone

I recently dropped my phone on the concrete and totally destroyed the screen. Not only did the screen break but it caused the phone to constantly flash like a late 90's rave. After checking on area repair places I decided on Indy Phone Doctor and I'm glad I did. Robert took great care of my phone and I had the repair completed and checked out in just under an hour!! The customer service and repair were top notch and I would honestly recommend this place to anyone needing a repair. My phone looks like it just came out of the box. read more

Robert responded promptly to a quote request. Repair was completed in about 30 minutes while I waited in the car. Like new and better protective case that previous so I won't have to return, hopefully. read more

Great service! I took in my iPhone X for a cracked screen. It's little pricy but the replacement product a good quality and their service expeditious. I will definitely use them again. read more

I've brought a variety of devices into Uzoox over the past couple of years. iPad Air, iPad Air 2, Galaxy Note 2, several flavors of iPhone. I've always had a great experience. Very professional. Very good repairs. The repair to the Galaxy Note 2 was my first repair. I brought the phone here because of a cracked screen. Every other place in town wanted a lot (something about all the parts of the screen being glued together). Uzoox charged a reasonable amount and gave me a good repair. I've had one problem in the past. I brought an iPhone 5s in for a bad charging port. They fixed it but it failed the next day. I brought it back in and they immediately went to work on it. He had it partially disassembled and showed me the next port he had was also bad. He apologized and said he must have gotten some parts. He overnighted a new charging port, installed it promptly and the phone worked great. He offers screen protectors that some may consider a little pricey, but I love them. He also offers to replace them for very cheap if they start peeling (which I only had happen on one device I put this protector on). Bottom line, I'm a huge fan of Uzoox. I enjoy speaking with the owner when he's in. I feel they are very professional and offer a great service. read more

I can't say enough good things about Robert and Indy Phone Doctor! I shattered my iPad screen and drove past 4 closer repair businesses bc of the amazing reviews I found for Robert and his business. I dropped it off when Robert wasn't there and received a call from him the next day to explain the repair and estimated cost and time to order the needed screen. The repair was done within the projected timeframe and estimated cost, which was less than a similar repair done at a different provider last year. Robert and his team are amazing! Thank you! read more

My Samsung Galaxy stopped charging I tried it on two factory chargers nether worked. So off to the 5 star listing on Yelp. All to busy to help. So I called UZOOX Repair talked to Robert Yes he had the part and could have it buy 2:00 pm same day. When I got to his store the first thing Robert did was pull out a charger and bang it started charging. He checked it on two other charges both worked. Robert said the wall adapter was more the likely the problem so for $20.00 he sold me a new factory adapter and cord. Worked Great.....The point is Robert could have installed a new charging port $59.00 . How every being an Honest Man!! He sold me a $20.00 solution that worked read more

Very quick turn around on everything from providing a quote to the actual repair. Even cleaned up all the tape we were using to hold the broken iPad screen together. Definitely has the experience necessary to do a quality repair. read more

I took my iPhone to get the screen repaired after shattering it and damaging the LCD screen underneath. Not only was he nice but the price was very reasonable and less than I expected. Fantastic service! Very professional. Very fast. And reasonably priced! Thanks so much for fixing my screen!!

Took my iPad in to repair a cracked screen. Talked to who I assume was the owner. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The repair itself took about two hours and he texted me when it was ready. He attempted to sell me a screen protector but wasn't all hard-sell about it. Would happily get another item repaired there and feel like I was supporting a family-owned, locally-owned business. read more
