Visited with a laptop that was not charging. Thought maybe the charger had broken off inside or damaged the charging port. Took a look at it and was able to get it to charge. Fixed the problem quickly and was very helpful. Had fixed a phone screen for me before as well. Would highly recommend them for any of your phone or computure repairs. read more

fixed my phone in under 20 minutes and was super chill HIGHLY RECOMMEND i don't need a new phone now!!!

After my 3 year old decided to throw his iPad and crack the screen, I had to make a decision. He could live life without an iPad or I could listen to him whine and cry all day, especially on long car rides. Well, against my better judgement, I decided to get his screen replaced. I shopped around to get the best deal and this place ended up having the best price. They also had a relatively quick turnaround. I was quoted 3 days, but it was ready within a day, which was nice. They fix all types of cell phone, tablets, and computers. Not only do they fixed cracked screens, they sell used/refurbished products as well. They also do general repairs like battery replacements, fixes charging port or software/boot up issues. The shop is kind of tucked away in a small strip mall, but not too hard to find. They were very responsive to my request and needs. I called an asked them how much it would cost and they gave me a straight forward answer. The man working the counter was very friendly and helpful. My kids iPad was as good as new and now has a new life. Having two young kids, I am sure that this will not be the last time that I will need a screen repaired. This will probably be my first stop when I do. I highly recommend checking out this place for your cracked screen needs. read more

My phones battery randomly went out the other day and i was expecting a really long and tedious process to get it fixed but it was really easy! Just came in told them the problem and it was fixed a couple hours later. Everyone was very nice and professional and the prices were good! read more

I took my iPhone 8 in to replace the charging port and the battery. After these components were replaced there was an issue that prevented the fingerprint authentication from working. The employee who made the initial repair no longer worked there. I worked directly with the owner today and he was able to identify and resolve the problem very quickly. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use iRepair Indy again, and will recommend them to anyone! read more

Amazing experience with this company. Fixed the dying battery on my IPad (9.7) with no issues. I highly recommend this company.

They did a great job replacing the back of my iPhone 12 max pro. We have used them several times over the the past 10years. Always professional and great work. read more

The owner was friendly and knowledgeable. We had a screen replaced on an iPad and it was done within a couple of hours. I especially appreciated that the website lists the price of the repairs, so there were no surprises. I hope to not need the service again, but will certainly recommend the company to friends. read more

These guys are great at what they do, very professional and friendly. Had my iPhone battery replaced here a few years ago and just had my screen replaced today. I totally trust them. They did a great job at keeping a long time customer!!! read more

I've taken my phone here once for screen shatter and once for digitizer failure. Both times they had my phone in and out under an hour! Quick, friendly, and offer lifetime warranties! 10/10 read more

Fast reliable service and honest with prices and advice-I recommend these folks-I get all my screen savers there and an occasional battery-much better than the big box places read more

iRepair is my new jam!!! I had two broken iPhones so I took one of them to iRepair Indy. I was testing them after being massively disappointed in another local shop. iPhone #1 wouldn't charge. In 3 minutes, while I waited, they cleaned the port with an Xacto knife, for no fee, fixing the charging issue. This was after Vendor X replaced the battery for $50, which did NOT solve the problem. This was a NICE first contact! Without saying so, I decided to bring my second broken iPhone to them. iPhone #2 originally had a dead spot in the touch screen. iRepair took one look and said, "That's a cracked screen. It's minor but I can see it." Same day replacement and now the phone with the "bad circuit board" (Vendor X's words) is running great again. I'm stunned at the incompetence/apathy of Vendor X. If iRepair keeps doing it right, like they have with me, they will always have my business and more will flock to them. - I didn't tell them the story of the other place when I dropped off my phones, I just wanted to see what they'd do with them. - iRepair didn't know they were under my microscope, they just acted liked they were. - Twice, with two different people at the counter, iRepair provided excellent service and did exactly what I needed done. And nothing else. - And it was right the first time. Time is valuable and return trips to "make things right" may make things right but it is still frustrating! iRepair is my new jam!!! read more

My partner has used their services twice but this time it was my turn as I had dropped my iPhone 6 Plus and shattered the glass screen. The price was a very reasonable $129.99 plus they gave me a 50% discount on replacing my battery and another hefty discount on the Otter Box. Took it in at 4:30pm on Friday and was ready by 5:30pm same day. Total cost for new screen, installation of screen, replacement iPhone battery and Otter Box was just under $200 (including tax). Far cheaper than buying a new iPhone. This is a local business everyone needs to support. Why you ask? Here is why, Competitive prices, great workmanship, superb discounts, extended opening hours until 6pm and a lifetime warranty on the repairs. In fact I recommend that you break your iphone on purpose just so you can experience their service for yourself (joking). Definitely a 5 star business. The extended opening hours until 6pm is just another reason why I read more

I'm super bad at putting on screen protectors so I went into IRepair Indy to see if they could put them on for me. Took about 30 seconds and my screen looks perfect! Definitely will be coming back. read more

Went in for a screen replacement and was in and out in 30 minutes. Friendly and did a great job.

While we were doing errands, my husband noticed that his phone screen had expanded outside the case, indicating a battery problem. We were near the Greenwood Mall so we were able to stop at iRepair Indy on our way home. They indicated why the battery had expanded and said they could fix it within the hour. Very helpful and efficient! read more

I had a badly shattered front screen on an iPhone 4S. Brought it in on my lunch hour on a Monday, and went to lunch. They called me back (on my wife's phone) in ONLY 20 MINUTES! Screen looks great, responds fine, and repair was only $70!! Fantastic! read more

Great customer service and very reasonably priced repair service. Fixed 2 iPhones that we had battery issues with.

I used this place for a cracked screen on my iPhone, because of my proximity to the store vs the nearest Apple Store and because they're cheaper. However, 4 cracked/ malfunctioning screens later, I've wasted a lot of time and money on a service that, it turns out, is wholly inadequate. They even suggested on my 4th trip in when I called them on their poor quality, that I just go to Apple. Their are 2 guys that work there. One will try and help when things go wrong, the other just doesn't care. Avoid this place. read more

About a week ago I took a iPad in to have it looked at because my grand daughter couldn't log into a certain game. When we got it back we couldn't log into anything! It was worse than when we took it in. From what I understand the guy that runs it now isn't the same that was there when we brought it. I called him and left a voice mail about the issue and he never has called me back. On top of everything else he wasn't very friendly. I tried to humor him and there wasn't much hope in that because he still was cold. I don't recommend taking anything there. I ended up taking it to a place in Franklin called doc-com or idoc something like that a and he fixed and I only had to pay half of what I paid the other guy. read more

Twice I've brought them I devices and both times they have fixed them. Very reasonable time and price. Appreciate the job they do

iRepair Indy expertly replaced the battery and display on my iPhone 5s at fair price and a very fast turn around time. The technician, Blaine, was friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my phone or tablet there again if needed in the future. read more

Definitely recommended. After searching for at least a couple hours, comparing prices, service, locations & anything else cell phone repair shops could offer, I decided on IRepair Indy since they were near the lowest flat rate of any other shops from Plainfield to Avon to Indy to Greenwood. Wasn't thrilled about having to get my wife's screen replaced but it needed to be done so I took it down here & they took it. I went across the street to Khols for about a half hour, came back & they were already done with her phone looking brand spanky new & to top it off: she needed a case & all cases were like $20 with repairs done - even Otterboxes Fast, good pricing & good work. This is the place to go for any cell phone repair needs folks. read more

Fast and friendly service. Very satisfied with my experience from start to finish. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Quick problem evaluation and recommended solution. IPhone battery replaced at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely go back for future help. Highly recommend. read more

We've used iRepair several times over the last couple of years but twice just last week! They are amazing! Very professional, fast and reasonably priced! read more

These guys are top-notch...what an A+++ team. I had my laptop stolen while moving and just happened to find these guys on Craigslist, went in, and was able to get another Apple MacBook in a few hours. Had an issue with the sound and they took care of it soonest by ordering the parts and NOT CHARGING ME ANYTHING!!!! What a stellar group--truly--check them out! read more

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Repair was quick. Will definitely recommend to others and if I ever need another screen repaired this will be the place I go. Price was better than Apple and didn't have to wait 3-5 days to get phone back either. read more

The place was easy to find, the guy that helped me was really cool. It only took about 10 minutes and they were playing Heroes, which is a great show. Great place, great experience 10/10 would recommend read more

I bought a used iphone 4s here. Thought I could get a good deal from an actual business. Should have known better when they said I had to pay cash. This is so you can't call you credit card company and fight the charges when they rip you off. Tried to return the phone 3 days after I bought it. Never used the phone because found another one the next day for $60 less. They would not take it back even though they had told me I had 7 days to return for any reason. Was told they never said that. There is no written return policey anywhere to be seen so they can say whatever they want. Very much Buyer Beware. read more

I had a very pleasant and expedient experience here. I had my screen on my iPad replaced and had no problems at all with the work at the time or anytime thereafter. :). Good work! read more

They fixed my ipod screen for me (digitizer) and didn't cost an arm and leg to do it. If I would have sent it to Apple they would have most likely deleted all my songs which I don't have all of them on my computer anymore so I would have been a Lil mad! So I got it repaired and it's working great....The screen got cracked not too long ago, idk if it happened when my 7 y/o daughter had it or what but I plan on trying to get $ again for repair. Then we'll see about a higher review if the new screen lasts (with no kid use). read more

I had my screen replaced on my Iphone 5 about a year ago. They did great as far as getting it done really quick. The next morning my phone was turning on and off and charging intermittently. I called them back and they said bring the phone in and they would look at it. I was already skeptical as coincidentally after the first time opening the phone it starts to have problems. So i bring the phone back and the tech or whoever was there told me that whoever replaced the battery, tampered with the phone and i needed a new battery. Well, the phone was fairly new and had never been opened, so i left pissed because the young guy at the counter was telling me i had the phone worked on previously which wasn't the case at all so I called back and the gentleman on the phone basically called me a liar and stated the phone had been opened previously. Mr. Timbs i do believe called back and stated that he would like to look at the phone. I went ahead and chose to avoid any further issues with this YouTube graduate repair center due to a terrible experience and bought a new phone. I would avoid this place as it was my first experience with them and immediately after repair my phone basically stopped working, coincidence? i think not. read more

Went to iRepair in May to have my screen replaced, the battery changed due to the apple battery issue and a glass screen protector put on. I signed for my bill and left. Just over a month later I dropped my phone and I went back to get the screen protector replaced. Ends up that they never put a screen protector on and never replaced my battery. Won't recommend, won't go back. read more

Terrible customer service!! Do NOT go here! I got my IPad repaired and less than a week later the entire screen was cracked and NOT from being dropped. They had told me to call them if I had any problems with it so I did and basically told me sorry about your luck...we can fix it if you want to pay another $150. I will never go to iRepair again and I will warn all my friends and family against it!!! read more

Much list the other reviews. I had a cracked front screen. Once they replaced the screen the "new" screen would randomly flicker on and off. Just very weird stuff. I would be guessing but I can only imagine the problems are the cheap replacement parts they use, or poor workmanship on iRepair's partThe owner (or whomever I spoke to) basically said they wouldn't do anything about it because they couldn't be sure I hadn't just dropped it again to cause the issue. It had been (maybe) a week before I took phone back in? So I guess they offer 0 warranty to backup their parts and/or labor? There is a place in Broadripple that I would drive all the way to if I had any more problems. The guy there told me if I ever had a problem to just bring the phone back in. read more
