And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". To me it's just unprofessional, and money hungry to charge for a repair that needs fixed twice . Won't be back, won't recommend. They're also very vague with what they do repair, they say they order parts , replace things and do all this and that. But you never exactly hear what was done. It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . Phone battery died after it left the shop, worker told me it left with good battery #s and it's extra charge to replace the battery. Note says it was shown and documented Low battery numbers yesterday, didn't mention it , didn't show paper work till I asked for it today . NOTHING . A joke . Scam scam scam.

Batteries Plus has officially lost our business, and we will not be recommending it to anyone…read more My family has been loyal customers for years, especially at the Pendleton Pike location. That loyalty ended on January 19th. Some time ago, my retired father purchased and had a key fob programmed at Batteries Plus so I could safely warm up my car while waiting inside at work overnight. I work nights and must be out in all weather, including winter storms. When he tested the key fob for the very first time, the remote start did not work. When my father returned to the store to ask for help troubleshooting, he was immediately met with hostility from the store manager, Ryan Nicks. Instead of offering assistance or basic customer service, Ryan was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He brushed my father off and tried to blame our vehicle rather than even consider that the key fob Batteries Plus sold and programmed might be the issue. After confirming, with proof, that the problem was in fact the key fob and not our vehicle, my father returned again. He had paid $200 for this key fob and was simply asking for help. Once again, Ryan Nicks responded with the same hostile attitude, refusing to be helpful and escalating the situation unnecessarily. My father is not someone who causes scenes or looks for confrontation. For him to come home upset says everything about how poorly he was treated. It is incredibly upsetting to know he spent his hard-earned money trying to keep his daughter safe during winter nights, only to be met with disrespect and outright hostility from a store manager. Advice to ownership: A manager who treats loyal customers this way is a liability. If this is how Ryan Nicks behaves with us, it's almost guaranteed other customers are being treated the same. Point blank, period...we will not be back, and we will make sure people know exactly why.

Went in to upgrade my iPhone 13 Pro because of the promotion online. Once I came in they were…read moreswitching the rules on me and said I was not able to keep my current plan (that was a lie). Online my phone showed a no charge upgrade and suddenly I now owe $500 on the new phone and was required to change my plan. Talking with Verizon today on the phone I have discovered this location lied to me about the requirements for the upgrade in order to get more money from me. They could already tell I was confused with the changes they were trying to make and took full advantage of it. Hopefully Verizon customer service can erase this contract I was tricked in to taking. I was not required to change my plan for the upgrade and according to the promotion online I should owe nothing on the new phone. This locations number doesn't even work to call. Take my advice and do everything online to avoid being scammed.
