Unfortunately very disappointed, I purchased a cell phone that I was told was a good used phone and I would have no issues. I trusted this lady and she got me. I took phone to ATT tight after purchasing to get a SIM card, they were having issues with it and told me to take it to Mac experience for trouble shooting. Before I did so I contacted MRS to let them know of the issues and I was ignored, so I went ahead and took it in to the MacExperience and they told me the phone has been dropped and the antenna is damaged internally . I called MRS back and politely explain the issue, she rudely just said OKAY? I said so you sold me a phone that will not work correctly what am I supposed to do. Her reply was she didn't care and told me I was "cheap" for even buying a used phone and it's not her problem its mine. I advised her I was going to leave her the appropriate reviews and she told me go ahead she will respond and get them removed. I extremely happy with the service I received at MRS Mobile Repair Service. I was especially impressed with the friendly and honest service provided by Alhm. She made my day! I came in with an iPhone 7Plus with a cracked screen and a faulty Lighting to USB cable and/or a faulty port for that cable......I thought. Alhm proved my analysis to be completely wrong. First, the phone was super dirty inside and out. She cleaned it well and showed me that the charging port worked! I just needed a new Lightning to USB cable. Then she really shocked me by saying the screen wasn't cracked. The cracks were just in my heavy duty screen protector. I expected to be spending hundreds of dollars! A dishonest person could have said everything I thought was wrong was and charged me for a new screen, port, and cable. The battery in my iPad Air 2 overheated repeatedly and warped the front of the device. Took it to MRS because of previous excellent experience with this shop. They replaced the battery and re-seated the front without cracking the screen, and called that it was done before they estimated completion- Yay! Naturally any parts for Apple products are expensive and beyond their control, but their labor rate is very reasonable. She had cautioned us that their experience with re-seating screens in warped fronts was that replacing the entire screen was often necessary. The tech was extra careful and saved us quite a bit of money by saving the original screen. I wasn't sure whether I was ready to buy a new one, but they bought me time to figure it out. Phones, tablet and other devices don't last forever, and accidents happen. I hope it will be awhile, but they have our business next time. read more

My iphone 6s screen has been broken for over a year now, and finally just stopped working a couple weeks ago. I was able to make an appointment with MRS, and I'm so glad I did! The woman at the counter (who I think also did the repair) was so nice and friendly, and made sure to ask me before charging me for anything. My home button hasn't been working either, but I told her not to worry about it. She found out that a screw was missing and replaced it for free, and told me what was wrong with my home button!
