This was our third time using Fire Dawgs and once again, they were awesome! We had a couch, loveseat, glass and metal coffee table, and two portable A/C units that we wanted to get rid of, and the guys from Fire Dawgs made quick work of the removal. All of these items were located in our loft, and they managed to get everything down the stairs without any damage to the walls--thank you! I called on a Wednesday to schedule the pick up and they confirmed my appointment via text and e-mail for that Friday. They called me on Thursday to re-confirm the pick up date and time, and on Friday, they called and texted me to let me know they were on their way. The proposed pick-up timeframe was 3:30 to 5:30pm, and they were at my house right around 3:30pm. They reviewed the quote they had given me on Wednesday--no changes--and they got right to work. The work was completed in about 15 minutes! Super efficient! Not to mention friendly and professional. This service was so helpful to us because I knew my husband and I couldn't have gotten the couch and loveseat down those stairs by ourselves, and we didn't want to rent one of those large dumpsters just for these items and have it sitting in our driveway for a week. In a matter of about 15 minutes, unwanted items were removed and we now have more room in our loft! Fire Dawgs rescued us from the idea that we could remove a decrepit old piano by ourselves. They did it in the most pleasant way possible: my contact with them through their website was answered in 10 minutes or less, and they came that same afternoon and hauled everything away efficiently, with good humor, neatly, quickly, and at an entirely reasonable price. I had several bulky items that I could not move myself. My trash service also did not offer removal on some of the items. I called Fire Dawgs, and they got me a free estimate within the week. They removed two broken AC units, a broken rain barrel, and a broken gas fireplace--and said it fell under 'minimal' services. This was a really big relief for me, since they were able to remove everything within ten minutes and it cost a lot less than I was worried it would. We're very grateful for the skillful, personable, altogether professional help that Fire Dawgs recently provided us. I needed two huge brush piles removed out of my backyard. I called Fire Dawg on a Friday afternoon, a guy was out on Monday to give me a quote and a crew was out on Wednesday to do the removal. The work was done by two men who made a number of trips hauling brush on a tarp, from the back yard to their truck on the road. It took two truck loads to remove all of it. The work began at 1:30pm and was completed by 4:00 pm! Very impressed with the job they did. These were really nice/polite guys. I highly recommend them for your hauling needs! read more

Fire Dawgs were great. I showed them what needed to go and then lickedy split off they went. It didn't take them long at all. I know some junk removal companies won't go inside the house but I had stuff that I physically could not move out to the garage. So I am very thankful.
