The crew…read moreof 2 arrived with their festive pauper hats and got to work inspecting the inside of the fireplace and outside chimney. They clearly told us what was working well and what needed adjusted in order for the fireplace to operate safely and quoted us prices for all the work, letting us choose what we wanted them to do, then what we could handle ourselves. They also cleaned up the fireplace and emptied the ash bin which apparently had a record number of bird carcasses in it. Really glad I didn't have to do that! The only reason this is a 4 star instead of 5 review is they were over an hour late for the time range provided. They more than made up for it in service, and I would use them again, but a notification call would've gone a long way.

This morning I walked into the kitchen and discovered that water was leaking from under the kitchen…read moresink. Within two hours Commercial Service had a plumber at our house. He discovered two sources of the leaking water, fixed one immediately and restored water supply to the rest of our house. He recommended a new kitchen faucet to replace ours, which was part of the problem, checked local availability and I was able to pick it up on my way home from a medical appointment. Soon after I got home, another Commercial Service plumber arrived, installed the faucet and double checked to make sure that the dishwasher wasn't part of the problem. Before the second plumber arrived, the first plumber had contacted a mitigation company and they sent a rep to evaluate the situation. By the middle of the afternoon they began the work of drying out the areas that had been affected by the leak. The scheduler at Commercial Service was very kind and did all he could to orchestrate this much appreciated help. We are very satisfied and very grateful!

This is our second time using them as we had them replace our carpet about 12 years ago. Their excellent customer service, knowledge of their products and the professionalism of the installers is what made us reach out to them for a second time. Kerry was excellent to work with and the knowledge he has on flooring was amazing. We even saw one of the installers at Kroger later that evening and he stopped and asked if we were happy with the install. He did not have to do that, I wish we could receive that kind of customer service with everyone. I would highly recommend this group for all your flooring needs. I also feel it was a great price! Especially with how prices have went up on everything. I thought we paid a fair price and they were not trying to gouge us. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating.

If you need someone reliable who stands behind their work, Matt is the person to call. Highly recommend supporting his business.

Being from Indy and not here in Bloomington I went to Yelp to search for help. We found Randy's business info right away and called to see if he might be able to schedule a date to give us an estimate for repair. Not only was he incredibly great to communicate with via phone, he also responded in a text, with a rough estimate based on the info I shared and a pic. Blessings on top of that were that he was able to fit us in the same day and repair our damage. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and had it all done in just under 90 min. What a gift!! We have already added Randy's contact info and will no doubt be calling him again in the future!!

Right then I knew we had picked the right company. As a business owner, I really appreciated him going this extra mile. Marty didn't have an opening until the following week but knowing we needed this done pretty quickly he got there to inspect our basement quickly. He was very knowledgeable and just a great guy! We would definitely recommend Marty and this company for any of your basement waterproofing needs!

The sad part is they had no issue taking my money. May want to get Bids from other companies as this company does NOT stand behind their work.
