We had been to another flooring company in the past, but this time we went to Wylie's Floor Coverings. We are so happy that we gave Wylie's a try! The salesmen in the showroom were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions about the types of flooring we were considering without being pushy. We made an appointment for someone to come out and measure the old floors. Then, we met Gene, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time to measure the rooms, and do a humidity test on the subfloor of the house. He explained the process, the timeline and he also gave us the estimate. We paid 50% of the total cost up front with the remainder to be paid when the job was done. Wylie's floor installers, Mike and David completed the job on time and they did an outstanding job! Our new floors are gorgeous! We are so happy with the beautiful job Wylie's Floor Coverings did for us! As you are reading this you may think this sounds crazy. this is why I drive three hours. I deal with flooring stores from Cincinnati to Minneapolis and by far Osborn's is one of the best when it comes purchasing. They have perfected purchasing high quantities of higher quality flooring for really low and below market prices. When they turn around and resell the flooring they do not mark it up to what they could get. I see them sell flooring for a fraction of what the same flooring would sell in Chicago or Indianapolis. Literately the same hardwood priced at 5.50 per ft I know that sells in stores for 8.50 per ft. I even have their counter tops in my lake house. I will get pictures attached eventually.

WOW!!! What a different house now!!! We have a 110 year old…read morefarmhouse and it had disgusting carpet and old vinyl flooring that was more than 25 years old. Brian and Ray came out and put new vinyl sheeting down and JUST WOW!!!! It was 7 1/2 days of work for these poor guys because they had to tear up old nasty carpeted floors, put new sub floor down, level floors because they were just so uneven(as much as an inch and a half) but they did an AMAZING JOB. From the start of the project with Jamie who came out and measured, met us at the company and showed us the flooring, and to the end product with Ray and Brian who are very nice, professional, and easy going, it was just a great experience. I also want to thank Athena who I talked with at the company and on the phone. She is very sweet and helpful as well. The guys put trim down around our fireplace hearth tiles and where the foyer meets the dining room. And it was just a great call on their end to use the wood trim for the foyer and the black painted for the fireplace tiles. You want a job done, get Reardons Flooring!! We actually told them we wanted them back after the first of the year(2026)to put flooring down in 2 more rooms for us!!! They've got our business as long as they stay in business!!! A 2 man, 2-day job turned into 8 business days. Installers showed up the 1st of 2 days at 11 am…read moreand left at 4 pm, sure they were friendly, however, didn't have a clue what they were doing. Customer Service shouldn't set up jobs knowing full well their installers can't complete the work as promised. Upon the 4th day, I asked the installers not to return. Too much to even go into detail. Cut carpet crocked in doorways and expected us to accept it. Didn't match the pattern in the stairwell, cut the last stair too narrow, and said it was the stairs (well we measured it and it was clearly an error on their part). Lastly, their Manager, if that is what you want to call him lied to our face during one of his many visits throughout the 8-day process and said he brought the owner's brother, the guy looked at me and said I am not!!! These are the type of people you will be dealing with, you can't expect to get the truth from anyone. If you want top-notch installers this is not the place for you. Mistake learned and this company was referred to me........... I had to follow up around the house and touch up the paint on the trim that they scratched all up, it was ridiculous. Run from this company. Nothing good can come from it.

The store front and showroom may not be as impressive as other stores, but that's his competitive edge and allows him to give better prices. We had some specific concerns and requirements, and the owner genuinely cared about making sure we got exactly what what we wanted/needed. It was installed quickly and carefully. We've had no issues whatsoever after 3 months and are completely satisfied. I give A-1 my highest carpeting recommendation - it's worth the drive to Clermont for sure.
