They also replaced the recessed ceiling lighting in our large vaulted living room. Nate was incredibly professional, responsive, and communicated via text and calls. ***BE AWARE*** John and his employees try to be very friendly to you in the beginning by giving you…read morevery good quotes on your project and offering you to buy dinner. However, as they progress through the project, they find small faults in your home and claim that major repairs must be done. For example, if there is a small crack in the wall, floor, or the roof they try to their best to convince you to fix those for thousands of dollars, even those repairs are not even necessary. If you refuse, they get mad at you and say that "it's not their responsibility" if something worse happens to the house. They claim that they are "roofing professionals" and doing handyman service as their side business. However, they really don't know what they're doing and don't even have all the tools needed to do the job. I only hired them in the beginning because all the other handymen in town were too busy. But these guys had all the time in the world and now I see why. This was honestly the worst experience I've ever had with a handyman.
