The shingles hadn't even been nailed down properly. The owner was a real bad character to deal with; angry, mean, and dishonest. I had someone from Steve's come out to check on poor work and he just shrugged and said to call when the damage occurred and they would fix it AT A COST, also they don't pay for water damage caused by their shoddy workmanship. Stay far away from Steve's, they will destroy your home.
