The crew that did the job were awesome. They were quick, tidy, and POLITE. Our roof was over 30 years old & definitely needed replacing. They removed the old roof, put up the new roof on our home, our shed, and even our dog house! In one day! We are thrilled with the result! Would highly recommend. My husband ran into one of the owners of AMI yesterday, and he told my husband that their roofing crew have been with them for years, and they are "like family". To me, that is the most important thing- and now I'm 110% positive we made the right decision to go with AMI.

Several neighbors have stopped by to say how fantastic the new roof looks and asked who did the work. Jerry's crew did an outstanding job for us in record time, and made sure everything was spotlessly clean afterwards - including the gutters. Can not say the same for our insurance adjusters but that's a different review. :-) Tim kept in contact with us over the two month period (the wait was due to the insurance company, not RR). He spoke to the insurance company multiple times to try to help us move the process along and even met with the adjuster at our house in case they had questions. When we received the estimate from our insurance company saying what they would cover, Tim caught that they did not include shingles on the estimate, making it appear our out of pocket was going to be MUCH higher than what we thought. He saved us SO much money-we are highly satisfied with Tim! When we finally got everything in order, we let Tim know and he had the crew at our house the NEXT day! The guys were very friendly, fast and did a great job on our roof. Highly recommend Tim and Rapid Roofing.

When I contacted Walnut Builders through the BBB, the company was super quick to respond to my inquiry. That alone made the company a refreshing contractor to work with. Then, they scheduled my work in my home within two weeks, maybe faster. First, they fixed the mistakes of two previous contractors. Then, they not only handled my list of things to do, they even found some problems in my electric system that could have been very dangerous - and they fixed it. They took care of everything that I needed quickly and efficiently. All their work is of high quality. Daniel and his team were courteous and friendly and respectful of my home. They are super clean about all their work and clean up all their work messes (I think they even cleaned up some of my messes). They were very kind to my old dog who stuck his nose into everything they did. I recommend Walnut Builders, LLC. I wish I had found them earlier.

Even though I went with the base options, they still handled the job thoroughly. Everything looks great. They are also fantastic at handling questions that might come up after. If a small issue is noticed that might need to be looked at, they are responsive and will follow up with you. I see one or two reviews mentioning service time. During certain times of the year, home improvement companies have to schedule way out. Whether it's roofs or windows or whatever. The installation did happen a few weeks later than we originally thought it would, but that was likely due to a miscommunication, and does not change our opinion that Tommy D's is first rate. Chris and Bill arrived this morning, on time, in the snow and did a fantastic job installing six new high efficiency windows on our front porch. Watching these guys work, you can see that they are knowledgeable and care about the workmanship that they put into the job. The final result is beautiful.
