The workers were also so rough that lighting plates shattered in my home. I was told the job was complete, only to find out my guttering had not been reinstalle. The company did not mention that, and only when I called them said it would take 1 week for them to get back out and reinstall those. Instead of admitting the mistake, the manager tried to mansplain and make it seem I was being a hysterical woman. Nope. I just wanted what I was paying for. Avoid RCV if you want honest service.

And they did a great job on the roof itself which was more complex than the size of my house would make you suspect due to lots of ridges and valleys.
