He said he would refund the money for the bar countertop since it was never installed. He lied, I never got my refund.

Owner was left to scrounge up a motley untrained crew to get the concrete screted and finished. So if you do a concrete job, go with a qualified concrete company, not FP. FP agreed to construct a deck and remove a window to install a door, and run a 2 pole switch. Justin was great on the carpentry, but FP backed out of the electrical saying, "we are not qualified to do wiring". So if you have a house wiring job, don't go with FP.

They were extremely patient and understanding with us throughout the building and changes process - more so than most builders would have been. They were persistent in helping us obtain the matching brick for the addition (no small feat as it turned out). They were superb in managing the construction timeline and the subcontractors they used were top-notch pros. Their recommendations and advice on what could or should be done was solid. They had to perform a couple of "hacks" to make a custom door for an unplanned storage area - their experience and expertise came through as the finished access looks like it was supposed to be there. The fit, finish and appearance of the addition is nothing short of fantastic. We also had Dream Builders re-roof and re-side the entire house. Not only does the whole house look new but the way the addition is attached to the house (exterior) and the way it transitions from the hallway to the new room (interior) is smooth with unbroken lines. If you never saw the house before you wouldn't know this was added on to the home later. A lot of builders are busy these days. I am confident Dream Builders is busy because they are the best in this area. If you are thinking about building, we would advise you to contact Micky Brafford immediately. Can not say the same for our insurance adjusters but that's a different review. :-) Tim kept in contact with us over the two month period (the wait was due to the insurance company, not RR). He spoke to the insurance company multiple times to try to help us move the process along and even met with the adjuster at our house in case they had questions. When we received the estimate from our insurance company saying what they would cover, Tim caught that they did not include shingles on the estimate, making it appear our out of pocket was going to be MUCH higher than what we thought. He saved us SO much money-we are highly satisfied with Tim! When we finally got everything in order, we let Tim know and he had the crew at our house the NEXT day! We now have to hire someone to finish the kitchen even though we paid for the whole thing already! He was supposed to match the paint we used in 2 bathrooms and hallway to paint the kitchen, he did not. So now our kitchen is a different color and it stands out pretty bad. It was supposed to be a bright white, it's cream colored, it will have to be repainted to match the rest of the rooms. There's countertops on both sides of the stove. When I contacted Walnut Builders through the BBB, the company was super quick to respond to my inquiry. That alone made the company a refreshing contractor to work with. Then, they scheduled my work in my home within two weeks, maybe faster. First, they fixed the mistakes of two previous contractors. Then, they not only handled my list of things to do, they even found some problems in my electric system that could have been very dangerous - and they fixed it. They took care of everything that I needed quickly and efficiently. All their work is of high quality. Daniel and his team were courteous and friendly and respectful of my home. They are super clean about all their work and clean up all their work messes (I think they even cleaned up some of my messes). They were very kind to my old dog who stuck his nose into everything they did. I recommend Walnut Builders, LLC. I wish I had found them earlier.

The crew that did the job were awesome. They were quick, tidy, and POLITE. Our roof was over 30 years old & definitely needed replacing. They removed the old roof, put up the new roof on our home, our shed, and even our dog house! In one day! We are thrilled with the result! Would highly recommend. My husband ran into one of the owners of AMI yesterday, and he told my husband that their roofing crew have been with them for years, and they are "like family". To me, that is the most important thing- and now I'm 110% positive we made the right decision to go with AMI.
