Micky Brafford and his Dream Builders crew did an amazing job for us in building a Mother-in-law…read moreaddition to our house. They were extremely patient and understanding with us throughout the building and changes process - more so than most builders would have been. They were persistent in helping us obtain the matching brick for the addition (no small feat as it turned out). They were superb in managing the construction timeline and the subcontractors they used were top-notch pros. Their recommendations and advice on what could or should be done was solid. They had to perform a couple of "hacks" to make a custom door for an unplanned storage area - their experience and expertise came through as the finished access looks like it was supposed to be there. The fit, finish and appearance of the addition is nothing short of fantastic. We also had Dream Builders re-roof and re-side the entire house. Not only does the whole house look new but the way the addition is attached to the house (exterior) and the way it transitions from the hallway to the new room (interior) is smooth with unbroken lines. If you never saw the house before you wouldn't know this was added on to the home later. A lot of builders are busy these days. I am confident Dream Builders is busy because they are the best in this area. If you are thinking about building, we would advise you to contact Micky Brafford immediately. We have had working experience with 6 builders in 2 states over almost 30 years. Dream Builders has been, hands-down, the best experience and Dream Builders has delivered the best results.

The project included help with design and scope, bidding the project, selecting subcontractors and materials, and the actual construction. The quality was first class--a true high-end project. I strongly recommend Bailey and Weiler!

We appreciated each step of the remodel process as the team from Bailey and Weiler were respectful of our budgetary requirements and offered options that met our mutual goals for design. The team listened and supported us through personal planning sessions where we never felt rushed and always felt heard. A remodel would normally be a miserable experience when you are living in the home at the time of construction; however, the team at Bailey and Weiler made intentional planning decisions to respect our situation and honor our space and time. The individuals with whom we worked with became friends who we missed once the process was completed! We love our new space and I still catch my breath when I open the door into our "new" home. I still can't believe we have the opportunity to live in this beautiful and functional space that is all a direct result of the design and build process that was led by our dear friends at Bailey and Weiler. Bailey and Weiler genuinely care about your construction or remodel and work tirelessly to ensure that the end result is breathtaking! We couldn't be happier and are so thankful to each member of the Bailey and Weiler team.

He is meticulous in his work (also meaning he doesn't rush a job) and won't skimp on a job even if he puts in twice the time he estimated just to make sure that it's perfect. Brian previously worked as a window installer and can actually build a whole building if you need him to. He was open to every job we threw at him except carpet installation (best to leave that to the guys who do it everyday and work for the carpet company) and wood floor refinishing (you need specific, expensive equipment to do this job that he doesn't own). We're hiring Brian to do all the work to renovate the house we're moving into, also, including building an entertainment center for us and a fence and shed out back. And he's really nice and laid back. I strongly recommend Brian Reynolds!

Fresh Perspective Renovation & Remodel…read more After two years of the pandemic and lumber prices skyrocketing, we finally decided to tear down the old deck and build a new one. We searched contractors and most of them had mediocre references. We came across FPRandR through recommendations and, in the end, thoroughly liked our decision. You couldn't ever get an exact time on when they were going to show up, if they showed up. He said he was going to refund my money but wouldn't say when and now he won't answer my text messages. We paid him in full and he left my kitchen unfinished! I fired him after I found out he had my countertop for 4 weeks and just left us hanging. And $350 for a $40 countertop was the last straw! We now have to hire someone to finish the kitchen even though we paid for the whole thing already! He was supposed to match the paint we used in 2 bathrooms and hallway to paint the kitchen, he did not. So now our kitchen is a different color and it stands out pretty bad. When I contacted Walnut Builders through the BBB, the company was super quick to respond to my inquiry. That alone made the company a refreshing contractor to work with. Then, they scheduled my work in my home within two weeks, maybe faster. First, they fixed the mistakes of two previous contractors. Then, they not only handled my list of things to do, they even found some problems in my electric system that could have been very dangerous - and they fixed it. They took care of everything that I needed quickly and efficiently. All their work is of high quality. Daniel and his team were courteous and friendly and respectful of my home. They are super clean about all their work and clean up all their work messes (I think they even cleaned up some of my messes). They were very kind to my old dog who stuck his nose into everything they did. I recommend Walnut Builders, LLC. I wish I had found them earlier.
