I'm happy to say that I called Aim to Please today when a floor drain backed up after years of disuse. It is located directly under my water heater and I had to bring in the big guns for a job that was a bit too big for me to tackle. My house is older and sits on a concrete slab. Attempts with a plunger and an auger didn't help, and I was informed up front about the fact the drain may be compromised. I was also told about a potential solution if that was the case. One last solution involved a tool that fills the pipe and shoots a high pressure jet of water. Success!! They were all very friendly and thorough, and I appreciate the steps taken to fix the problem as well as the tips given to help make sure it doesn't happen again. Make sure you check their website.
