Kerry was excellent to work with and the knowledge he has on flooring was amazing. We even saw one of the installers at Kroger later that evening and he stopped and asked if we were happy with the install. He did not have to do that, I wish we could receive that kind of customer service with everyone. I would highly recommend this group for all your flooring needs. I also feel it was a great price! Especially with how prices have went up on everything. I thought we paid a fair price and they were not trying to gouge us. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating.

The salesmen in the showroom were very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions about the types of flooring we were considering without being pushy. We made an appointment for someone to come out and measure the old floors. Then, we met Gene, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived on time to measure the rooms, and do a humidity test on the subfloor of the house. He explained the process, the timeline and he also gave us the estimate.
