Let alone the work you have billed for that was never done. And it is not listed that you didn't do. This would be causing my parents to commit insurance fraud. Besides all that: your response to my plain rating of my thoughts on your company was honest. I see that your response is more damaging to your company than my rating I gave you. It is interesting to see that this is how you handle disagreements, and that is damaging enough for your company.
