Jack who was our sales/ consultant was awesome as was Teddi who is a manger. Very responsive & great at answering questions. We were able to get a great deal on a metal roof. The crew did a great job. Dedicated, friendly, & very hard working. They didn't rush but worked methodically as they should have. There was supervision when needed but they knew what they were doing. They also made sure to diligently clean up everything after the tear off including another run with the nail magnet the day after tear off to make sure everything was picked up. I urge anyone looking at replacing or fixing their roof to contact Jack at Indy Roofing to make sure they get a great honest estimate.

After submitting a request online, Bradley contacted me first thing the next morning and scheduled to come by the house later that afternoon. After explaining on the phone my problem, he communicated his suspicions of the issue and stopped by later to confirm. Turns out, the issue wasn't with my roof but a loose/leaking exhaust pipe in my attic that apparently someone had stepped on at some point in the past. Although he could not perform the repair as it was a plumbing issue, I truly appreciate the great customer service and sanity check he provided. If I ever need any work done on my roof in the future, I know who I will be calling!

Let alone the work you have billed for that was never done. And it is not listed that you didn't do. This would be causing my parents to commit insurance fraud. Besides all that: your response to my plain rating of my thoughts on your company was honest. I see that your response is more damaging to your company than my rating I gave you. It is interesting to see that this is how you handle disagreements, and that is damaging enough for your company. Shame on you and your company for taking advantage of elderly people who are tornado victims. Just slid in and soke up as much money as you can while the waters are warm. Good luck, Sir. Pictures are attached to some of the things they were made to come back and finish the work on. But let's not talk about the posts that were off center by 3 inches. Instead of making them straight, your guys put the siding on. Sorry, I made you come back and fix your guys' bad work. For God sakes: the trip wasn't even the right color.. ypu had to come back and paint it... Your response is more damaging than my review. Check out the pictures.
