After submitting a request online, Bradley contacted me first thing the next morning and scheduled to come by the house later that afternoon. After explaining on the phone my problem, he communicated his suspicions of the issue and stopped by later to confirm. Turns out, the issue wasn't with my roof but a loose/leaking exhaust pipe in my attic that apparently someone had stepped on at some point in the past. Although he could not perform the repair as it was a plumbing issue, I truly appreciate the great customer service and sanity check he provided. Mr Lee was there from the day after we filed our claim until all the repairs were done met with our adjuster to make sure the adjuster got all that was needed to be repaired. After the estimate came in Mr Lee made sure all of the repairs were on the estimate(new roof, Vinyl sidding, gutters, & repair our fence). Let alone the work you have billed for that was never done. And it is not listed that you didn't do. This would be causing my parents to commit insurance fraud. It is interesting to see that this is how you handle disagreements, and that is damaging enough for your company.
