This is our second time using them as we had them replace our carpet about 12 years ago. Their excellent customer service, knowledge of their products and the professionalism of the installers is what made us reach out to them for a second time. Kerry was excellent to work with and the knowledge he has on flooring was amazing. We even saw one of the installers at Kroger later that evening and he stopped and asked if we were happy with the install. He did not have to do that, I wish we could receive that kind of customer service with everyone. I would highly recommend this group for all your flooring needs. I also feel it was a great price! Especially with how prices have went up on everything. I thought we paid a fair price and they were not trying to gouge us. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating.

They had to gut the bathroom that had not been usable in twenty years, had a cast iron tub, exposed pipes, old plaster walls, and a decrepit sink and toilet. They were also good with old cast iron plumbing and fixed some problems there without going much over the estimate, a very nice bonus. Steve Arms and his son were considerate workers, frequently checked with me to ensure I would like what they were doing, and responded to a couple of my surprise requests without missing a beat and dragging out the project.
