He was clearly focused on fixing the problem. He gave me a worst case scenario and how much he thought it would cost to fix it (in which case, he said, he didn't think it would be worth fixing), but he also gave me several other possibilities, some of which I could do myself. This was all the more helpful since they're pretty busy at the moment and wouldn't be able to come to the house until next week (unless it was an emergency). Really impressive service. I would totally use them for that! The biggest challenge is either having someone that can swap out your appliances or haul away your old ones. If you use a handyman service, it will cost a bit, but if you're buying something like a fridge, you'll still probably save a lot. They'll hold a purchased item for about a week. I've been shopping for a fridge for several months, resigned to paying an arm and a leg. Buy Now has close outs and scratch and dent appliances for MUCH LESS than new in a store. They're unboxed and ready to go! After much hemming and hawing, I settled on a GE. It was one of the few that didn't have the original packing inside. As I was lining up a handyman to help me get the old one out and the new one in, I got a call. They had tested it and found it did not work. A replacement part was ordered, but i was also given the option to choose a replacement. The guy I hired went to pick it up and it seems like he was in and out quickly. They had refrigerators, stoves, washers, dryers, and tons more. I'm definitely going back next time I need a new appliance!

They are not Lowes or Menards. Their prices are sometimes high, but they don't sell cheap gear. I wished they'd sell lumber and plants, but maybe it's better that they don't. They get five stars for being the best HARDWARE store in the area. You don't have to buy a huge blister pack to get just one or two of an item. Their clerks know what they have, and it's a good idea to ask them. They sometimes have better alternatives in mind, and their selection is vast for the size store they operate; they can save you a lot of time, unlike the big box stores, where there are no real specialists except the Big Item sales people. A wonderful selection of long arms, and Bernina machines. on top of that they also had a good selection of Fashion fabrics for those that are still making their own haute couture. I spoke with the owner and their attention to detail and her ability to recall the fabrics that they have in the shop is amazing. I showed her a picture of something I was interested in that I had seen in Noblesville and took her a little bit, but they chased it down so I was happy to take some home. Dave delivered to my second floor sewing room an extremely heavy cabinet, set it up, and took away the boxes and trash. Not every dealer will do this! They know that the machine is way too heavy for me to get down the stairs and into my car. Instead they sent their very competent tech to me. I've never had a dealer offer to do this. This morning I walked into the kitchen and discovered that water was leaking from under the kitchen…read moresink. Within two hours Commercial Service had a plumber at our house. He discovered two sources of the leaking water, fixed one immediately and restored water supply to the rest of our house. He recommended a new kitchen faucet to replace ours, which was part of the problem, checked local availability and I was able to pick it up on my way home from a medical appointment. Soon after I got home, another Commercial Service plumber arrived, installed the faucet and double checked to make sure that the dishwasher wasn't part of the problem. Before the second plumber arrived, the first plumber had contacted a mitigation company and they sent a rep to evaluate the situation. By the middle of the afternoon they began the work of drying out the areas that had been affected by the leak. The scheduler at Commercial Service was very kind and did all he could to orchestrate this much appreciated help. We are very satisfied and very grateful!
