I recently bought a foreclosure that had original carpet that was 20 years old, filthy and covered in animal hair. I was rehabbing this house for a rental and had originally budgeted to have the carpet replaced. A friend suggested these guys and I thought I'd give them a try before replacing the carpet. WOW, I was amazed at how good that carpet looked after they did their magic. I was at the house working at the time and they did half the room and then showed me the difference, I wish I would have taken a picture to post here.... Needless to say the carpet looked great after they were done and it saved me a ton of money vs new carpet. They used a big powered brush scrubber to really get the dirt broke loose and remove all the hair, the other guys I've hired in the past like the yellow truck guys don't do this, I think it really made a big difference. I would like to say that I used Brothers carpet cleaning today and I was completely satisfied. They were prompt and extremely careful with my furniture and home. While my carpets were not completely trashed, they did have obvious signs of wear and tear, as well as moderate dirt from my dog. What I didn't realize was the amount of dog hair hidden in my carpet. When I was shown how much hair was pulled up I was amazed. My carpets have never looked better and I felt as though I had a new room. I can honestly say that Brothers carpet cleaning exceeded my expectations. Their standards for cleanliness were above my own and that is saying something. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. We were considering replacing the carpet in our living room, but now we feel as though we will not have to do that as the carpet has been reinvigorated and looks new again. We were worried because the previous owner of our apartment left the carpets full of pet stains, and after looking around we decided to go with them and we're so happy we did. I can't say enough about the terrific job AJ did on some truly horrible, old stains on our cream colored carpet. Another company I had used twice before was unable to budge these stains. AJ was very upfront about the fact that he couldn't guarantee he could get rid of the stains but he would do it once and return again if necessary. He did have to come back (which tells you how awful those stains were) but he didn't charge for the second call, and he got rid of the stains. I only had them clean 2 rooms but they were a little bit cheaper than the other place I called and other than doing a good job they were very friendly. It took a while longer to clean than I expected but it was basically dry when he finished. read more
