I just purchased a chair last night and while I was very impressed with a number of things, there was one teeny tiny little detail that stuck that made me knock off a star. The aforementioned chair was one that was in stock, but finding the display was very difficult. I asked a couple of employees about chairs on display and was given the rote answer of "We don't have room to display everything". At one point I looked at how many chairs fit in a bay and found one area that could fit 5 more chairs, so that answer did NOT sit will with me. That's the only reason I'm knocking off a star. What made it an otherwise 5 star visit? The variety, for one thing. On this visit they were just filled to the brim with stuff. As I mentioned, I found a chair I liked, based on the picture on the box. As I was walking around, the staff were dealing with a pretty major ceiling leak that hit during a rain storm. One guy who had been helping there stopped what he was doing to help me. I don't mean he just gave me a quick answer to a question, he pulled a chair down I kind of liked, and helped me on my search for the one I REALLY liked. He eventually found it on display, and helped me get it down. We talked for a bit, and I helped him get it back up on the shelf. In the end, the customer service from this guy was great! Later, when I came back to buy the chair I wanted, the people on duty were very proactive in helping me. One lady found a flat cart, and the lady at checkout made sure I had help loading it. Having bought furniture online, this was totally worth the money. It's comfy and stylish, and feels like it should last. If you're thinking about a chair or loveseat and are on a budget, avoid those online shops and make sure to check this place out first!

This is our second time using them as we had them replace our carpet about 12 years ago. Their excellent customer service, knowledge of their products and the professionalism of the installers is what made us reach out to them for a second time. Kerry was excellent to work with and the knowledge he has on flooring was amazing. We even saw one of the installers at Kroger later that evening and he stopped and asked if we were happy with the install. He did not have to do that, I wish we could receive that kind of customer service with everyone. I would highly recommend this group for all your flooring needs. I also feel it was a great price! Especially with how prices have went up on everything. I thought we paid a fair price and they were not trying to gouge us. If I could I would give them a 10 star rating.

I went in there today with a very comfortable couch budget and was looked up and down by the associates, then ignored the rest of the time I was there. I'm a college student so they judged me right off the bat, which is incredibly dumb and lacking of thought, because I'm in need of a whole new living room. Couch, chair, rug, accent pieces; I'm the customer they want. Such a shame and really disappointing to see them be so small-minded and brush off a good business opportunity. But to be honest, their inventory gets precipitously worse as you continue around the store. I tested out couches from $600-$2000+ and could not find a single one I would even consider buying. The quality does not match the prices at all. Bad employees, bad customer service, and a bad product offering will surely amount to failure here in no time.

As a gift shop, however, this might not matter to you. Gifts are more poised toward female recipients, but not exclusively. There are some good gifts for the men in the audience. Expect reasonable prices, and very friendly help there-- that's what I found.
