On moving day, our three movers were professional and careful. They took apart the big china cabinet that I couldn't do, and were careful to put everything in the room that it went to. Soft Touch Review We…read morehired Soft Touch Moving in June 2025 to pack, move, and store our belongings in their "climate-controlled" facility for four months while our new home was being built. About 4 hours into the re-delivery of our belongings by their crew, we discovered that much of our furniture and personal property which had already brought into our new home appeared to be covered in mold. The contamination affected our brand-new home and required professional remediation. As a result, we were displaced and forced to live in a hotel for 50 nights while the issue was addressed. The owner, John Craft, acknowledged to us that our belongings had gotten wet and remained on their moving trucks for a period of time during the hot and humid month of June. Despite assurances from the company's insurance carrier, we have received very little communication or resolution. More than seven months later, we still do not have our belongings and have had to retain legal counsel to pursue claims against both Soft Touch Moving and the insurance company. This experience has been incredibly disruptive to our lives. Based on our experience, we would strongly caution others before trusting this company with their belongings.

Mr. Copy printed 30 high-quality, 2-sided, color brochures for me at a cost of $30.00 plus tax, which equates to $0.50/color copy. The brochures were printed quickly while I waited. I could have emailed in my document for "no-waiting" service but chose to bring it in on a flash drive. The printshop and front desk area are clean and well organized; and there's ample (6 or 8 spaces) parking, which is a much-appreciated factor since the location is on or very near the busy Indiana University campus. I definitely plan to revisit Mr. Copy for my future printing needs.
