The person at the store was extremely helpful. My spouse took it over for an estimate on Monday and a return trip on Tuesday. The screen was repaired in a couple hours and looks like new. I could not give them a five because it is not accessible by a disabled person. The location has uneven stairs and flagstone that is totally uneven. They have no parking except on the street with metered parking. Bring your quarters for parking. Find a friend or relative to bring your phone in if you are disabled.
