They called and said they replaced the battery but the screen needed to be replaced. They showed me when starting that the camera flash was flashing and vertical lines in the center of the screen. They may be able to get away with this with all the rich kids sporting their parents money but I'm 100% sure that THEY damaged the screen when taking the phone apart when they replaced the batter.
