I visited Mr. Copy for the first time today and was very pleased with both their customer service…read more(friendly and quick) and output quality. Mr. Copy printed 30 high-quality, 2-sided, color brochures for me at a cost of $30.00 plus tax, which equates to $0.50/color copy. The brochures were printed quickly while I waited. I could have emailed in my document for "no-waiting" service but chose to bring it in on a flash drive. The printshop and front desk area are clean and well organized; and there's ample (6 or 8 spaces) parking, which is a much-appreciated factor since the location is on or very near the busy Indiana University campus. I definitely plan to revisit Mr. Copy for my future printing needs.

I don't often leave reviews of places, but I have to for Perfect Fit. The women who work here are…read moresome of the kindest human beings I have met. They are always so welcoming and friendly, which is nice after having had bad experiences at other tailors in town. The quality of their work is amazing, I've had $300 pants hemmed by them that end up with stitching looking better than they did new. Their turnaround time is also great, especially when considering the countless other orders that they have to complete. Their pricing is truly unbeatable, since I discovered this place I have been back numerous times because of how affordable it is. From someone who is obsessed with fit of clothing, I cannot recommend this place enough. Truly the best tailor I've found in any city that I've lived.

The owner has taken on way too much work, and doesn't have adequate help. The result is that the last couple of times we have used him it has taken a few weeks longer than projected to get our materials. The last time we used WR, we actually waited for close to three months for something to be corrected that we needed in order to release a new product. We attempted to contact him repeatedly only to be told "I'll light a fire under him, don't worry!" "He's really backed up right now!" or something similar, but we never heard from the owner. We had to finally get the materials back from him and send them to someone else, and the person we sent them to returned a corrected version in less than an hour. really like the owner, and I hate that things have turned out like this, but we won't use him again.

I read the other review on here and was a little hesitant going to Klaiber's. I had a very old…read moresewing machine with a broken foot pedal and needed a replacement, and the only compatible pedal I found online cost $90 (!). I called Klaiber's and was told they had used pedals, so I could bring mine in to look for a match. I brought the pedal to them, and they checked around the back for several minutes with no luck. The woman working indicated the owner had many more machines at home and could check for a match there. I left the pedal, and they called a couple of days later saying they weren't able to find anything. However, the owner was able to rig up the original cable to a new pedal. Again fretting because of the other review, I thought this was going to cost me an arm and a leg. Instead, he charged the price of the pedal and nothing for labor, coming in at ~$25 to get my old machine back up and running. On top of that, I asked about a specific part (a hemming foot) for my machine. They have plenty of new ones in stock, but my old machine unfortunately has a different kind of mount not compatible with new parts. The owner must have spent 10 minutes digging around their stock of old/used parts in the back trying to find something for me. He came up empty-handed, but his effort for an obvious long shot (and one that wouldn't have paid very much even if it had worked out) speaks to good customer service. I'm sorry to hear the other reviewer ended up dissatisfied. Based on my own experience, I'll be back to Klaiber's in the future.
