It includes a good selection of fine lawn style cotton as well as healthy selection of quilting linens. A wonderful selection of long arms, and Bernina machines. on top of that they also had a good selection of Fashion fabrics for those that are still making their own haute couture. I spoke with the owner and their attention to detail and her ability to recall the fabrics that they have in the shop is amazing. I showed her a picture of something I was interested in that I had seen in Noblesville and took her a little bit, but they chased it down so I was happy to take some home. The selection and the pricing on everything was perfect. Will be back!

This review is long overdue. Every single experience I have had at the University of Sewing has…read morebeen positive. Margaret and her husband Dave bend over backwards to help. Dave delivered to my second floor sewing room an extremely heavy cabinet, set it up, and took away the boxes and trash. Not every dealer will do this! Not only that but they sent their wonderful tech, Aaron, to my house to check out minor issues with my new machine. They know that the machine is way too heavy for me to get down the stairs and into my car. Instead they sent their very competent tech to me. I've never had a dealer offer to do this. I am so thrilled to have this resource so close to me. Anything you need related to Bernina is in the store or can be ordered. Don't even get me started on the FABRICS! I garment sew and their assortment is amazing! I know if I need help with construction of a garment or a quilt some one here will be able to help. Check them out the next time you are in the area. You will NOT be disappointed.

Photography, sculpture, ink drawings, let your imagination run wild. The other side to the artisans are the renting of art spaces and tiny business areas. They're often quite cost-effective, and a community of artisans has resulted in their various locations (and availability to enter during the pandemic is mixed and limited-- see their website). If art is beauty to you, you'll find something-- maybe many things-- you'll like. Be sure to check the website for pandemic restrictions before you go.

Five artists and titles have been identified in the project and additional art can be seen including Friendly Beasts' door which is painted, but not identified on the plaque mounted on the street side of the building. The first piece on the west side of the building is a brightly colored piece called "Unity is Community" by C D Culper. There are multiple human figures each only having one eye open. The faces also seem to have a second profile face obscuring half of the face directly looking at the viewer. The next piece is the "Entrance to Paradise" by Haider Ali. The small mural covers a doorway and has a beautiful mountain scenic painted. On the north end of the wall is the huge mural called "Wooden Wall of Life" by Adam Long. This piece stretches over several openings in the wall and is done in mostly blues and greens with images of twisted trees and roots that take on human form. Around to the north side of the building is another large mural with a rainbow of colors forming swirls for a background while additional objects seem to float in front. This is called "Sacred Journey" by Sacred Matthews. On the east side of the building by the parking lot is "Hive Mind" by Laura Brikmanis. It depicts a honeycomb with oversized bees crawling around. The art work is so precise that I am guessing she used a template/stencil to create the perfect geometry of the honeycomb grid and possibly on the bees too. It's a great collection of local talent and a way to check out multiple pieces all in one location. Note: To the north of the building is the Bluetip Billiards building that has a colorful mural of pool balls on the side and front. The owner of the business was unable to identify the artist when contacted. Review #2221
