He gave me a worst case scenario and how much he thought it would cost to fix it (in which case, he said, he didn't think it would be worth fixing), but he also gave me several other possibilities, some of which I could do myself. This was all the more helpful since they're pretty busy at the moment and wouldn't be able to come to the house until next week (unless it was an emergency). Really impressive service. The pricing to repair one refrigerator didn't make sense to fix do to age of equipment and lack of life expectancy, his suggestion. We agreed to put in new ice maker in the other, he acquired needed parts and installed two hours later. Very clean, neat, thorough, timely and conscientious.
