When I pointed out that one was just cotton chambray, exactly like the one she was prepared to be machine pressed, she said it couldn't be because of its buttons--they were brown plastic instead of white. We have loved this place and especially its amazing seamstress Vicki, but today's experience felt more like attempted fraud than professional service and until they undergo another management change, I fear we won't be going back.
