He is much more competent than anyone else I had talked to. They have consistent service for all types of devices as I have taken an array of phones there over the years. They are there for you for any broken tech (within reason of course) that you may have. It's unlucky to have your device break but it it very fortunate that someone like fix my cell is there for you without trying to completely annihilate your wallet like their competition.

Didn't like being out on the road and having the GPS go out, so my wife recommended trying this little shop located within the Meijer in Camby. When we arrived, we hit the dinger bell to let them know we were at the counter. We were greeted and were told they didn't have my type of battery in stock. We were given an estimated time for when it should be available and the price for parts. They have a standard rate per hour for repairs and were given an estimate for that as well. Unfortunately, the battery didn't ship on time and we were delayed. I also didn't notice they are closed on Sundays, so that visit was a "no go", but I simply didn't see the small sign with their hours on the counter. When the replacement battery came in, we were told they suspected it had a defect because it took a long time to charge. It seemed to work okay, but they were going to get another battery to replace the replacement and there would be not additional charge. Finally, I was able to drop it off when we got the notice the new battery was available. Everything seems to be working okay, though I noticed this new battery still takes a long time to charge. It does seem to hold the charge though, so I am not 100% sold that everything is working perfectly. I got the impression that the individual who worked on my phone understood the problem, but wasn't certain why the charging issue had sprung up. If I have a problem that isn't something I can easily adjust to, then I will take it back for one more try. I think they are trying their best to be helpful, but I seriously don't know how anyone can keep up with all the technological changes and upgrades. They are small staffed, so the turn around on repairs may take longer than you would like, but I prefer it to work the first time, not just get it back and then have problems. Review #3800

After about 5-7 minutes a guy walked around me with a Chick-fil-A bag and a drink. As he started to unlock the door he informed me he couldn't help me until his co-worker got there. He went in and locked the door behind him. 10 -15 minutes (eating breakfast, I presume) he turned on the lights, opened the door and finally asked me what was up. I told him I made a 10 AM appointment to have a screen replaced on my husband's iPhone. After fiddling around on the computer terminal, he got me checked in and went into the back. He came back out and said he didn't have a screen in stock and would have to order it. That would take 3-5 days. I told him, "No thanks. I think I'm going to look for other options. I had to call at least 5 times for them to pick up the phone, they might be short staffed. They had my switch for over 2 weeks and even when it was "completed", they still never gave me a call. I shopped around to get the best deal and this place ended up having the best price. They also had a relatively quick turnaround. I was quoted 3 days, but it was ready within a day, which was nice. They fix all types of cell phone, tablets, and computers. Not only do they fixed cracked screens, they sell used/refurbished products as well. They also do general repairs like battery replacements, fixes charging port or software/boot up issues. The shop is kind of tucked away in a small strip mall, but not too hard to find. They were very responsive to my request and needs. I called an asked them how much it would cost and they gave me a straight forward answer. The man working the counter was very friendly and helpful. My kids iPad was as good as new and now has a new life. Having two young kids, I am sure that this will not be the last time that I will need a screen repaired. This will probably be my first stop when I do. I highly recommend checking out this place for your cracked screen needs.
