For this visit I had a pretty easy fix. A charger had broken off in my iPad. The staff members looked at the iPad went to the back area to get a tool and got the pieces out in less then 1 min. And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . Phone battery died after it left the shop, worker told me it left with good battery #s and it's extra charge to replace the battery.
