I brought in an iphone, a laptop, and the TV . Everything was fixed when he said it would be . Answered the phone when I called to see if everything was still on schedule . Assured me that all parts were ordered and on the way . And gave me a great price on all three items . This is my second time TRYING to spend money with this guy. The first time I took my grandmothers tv here to get fixed 60' it took home over two months to fix it by the time I came back he acting as if he could remember my tv. BOOM he finds it I was given a tv the light NEVER looked the same again it had a red black blur to it. Here I am a year later trying to get my 2 year old , OLD tablet fixed he told me it would take up to 5 days due to them being closed 2 days. I can the day it was supposed to be ready & he RUDELY tells me it isn't ready and wouldn't be ready that day not Including the day it WOULD be fixed i then said Sir if I knew it was gonna take the long I wouldn't have left it there that long because he didn't have parts I could've brought it back " well you can come get it " was his response HE IS FRAUD & Isn't trying to make any money if you ask me. read more

This was by far my worst experience at an electronics store. I dropped off my Xbox and was told I'd receive a call by the end of the day and never did. I called 3 days in a row and each time he said he was "just now looking at it." I gave up and waited over a week before calling again to which he told me it was fixed and he wanted over half the price of the Xbox itself for replacing a $10 part. When called on it he kept twisting his story. He had told me there was no water damage found over the phone and then said the price was because of the water damage. How does that add up? Overall very unprofessional service and very terrible business skills. My advice go somewhere that can do the exact same thing with a much better price and definitely better customer service. If you'd like to be taken advantage of then this would be the place. read more

Terrible place to go, horrible customer service, lies about when things will be done very unprofessional and doesn't have good prices. Close early before said times and opens later then said time. Bad experience. read more
