And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". To me it's just unprofessional, and money hungry to charge for a repair that needs fixed twice . Won't be back, won't recommend. They're also very vague with what they do repair, they say they order parts , replace things and do all this and that. But you never exactly hear what was done. It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . Phone battery died after it left the shop, worker told me it left with good battery #s and it's extra charge to replace the battery. Note says it was shown and documented Low battery numbers yesterday, didn't mention it , didn't show paper work till I asked for it today . NOTHING . A joke . Scam scam scam.

The wife and I had purchased a "Litter Robot" a little more than a year ago, when it suddenly stopped working. When I called the company's tech support, I was told that the warranty only covered the box for a year, and that they no longer refurbished or repaired boxes past warranty. The company stated I'd have to purchase a new one, at considerable cost. I refused to spend that much cash again so soon after its purchase, so I started calling around to multiple tech repair companies. About half of the companies I called never bothered to call back, and the other half stated they only worked on phones. Finally I got a response from Ryan of ZCR Technical Solutions, who stated that while he had never worked on a Litter Robot before, he was willing to take a look at it. While he was a little out of our way (Indianapolis to Martinsville), he was willing to travel to any location with a mileage cost. The wife and I chose to pass on having him drive to us, and instead decided to drive to him. I'm more than pleased that we decided to make the drive, as Ryan fixed the issue in a timely manner, and at what I considered to be a VERY reasonable cost. He was friendly, communicative, and kept us up to date on the progress. Aside from Litter Robots, he also works on phones, tablets, laptops, computers, gaming consoles, and more importantly vintage repairs (as long as he can get access to the replacement parts). Recently cracked my phone's screen in the stupidest way possible (bounced off an item from my couch…read moreand landed on carpet) and opted to replace the screen. I have never had this issue before with owning a cell phone, so I was really nervous to have someone work on it. I also was nervous at how long it would take, as with any repair place it is usually over promised and under delivered. Not so with CPR. I walked in and was greeted right away by the owner, who then said since there was no one ahead of me, they could have it done in 35 minutes. I opted to go grocery shopping and come back, and the total cost ended up being $92 including tax. I received a coupon for my next visit, and while I hope I don't have to use it, I will happily return to this store.

About 15 minutes later I got a notification telling me this was not an authorized/authentic screen. I called the owner he said all phones do this when it is replaced. I then called Apple support they told me it is a fake screen and he is not authorized with Apple to give genuine apply displays. I was given a fake screen and was lied to... I do not recommend going here, getting a repair from an authorized service provider only cost $10 more

I had a 2015 Sony Bravia 4K 3DTV which quit working...it would start up with the Google circles on…read morethe screen, then would immediately go black and the LED light at the bottom of the TV would flash 6 times. According to the SONY website it could be a possible failure of the LED backlights. I emailed American Consolidated Electronics to see if they agreed that was what they thought it might be. They emailed me back the next day, and confirmed that that was probably the problem and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost and since they don't make 3D TV's anymore, I thought $285 was reasonable to get it fixed. When I brought the TV in for repair, Mr. Mortazavi was very nice, and explained what he would do. When I got the TV back, the TV worked great again!
