Wow, they're not kidding that they fix if you break. And they do it lickety split, too. This place is legit and will legitimately fix your broken screen problems. The screen on my child's iPad shattered on the way home from a road trip. Apparently, "it just broke on its own," according to said kid, but really, it looked like someone stepped on the iPad. Hmm, I wonder how that can happen, especially if you leave the iPad on the floor of the car like mom tells you not to do? Anyway, we called uBreakiFix on the way home, and we were able to schedule a drop off immediately. So we drove straight there and dropped off the shattered iPad on a Saturday evening. They told us it could be around 72 hours before we received it back. By Sunday evening, less than 24 hours later, the iPad was fixed and everything worked like normal. It was an amazingly quick fix on something that looked like it would take a while to deal with. We were very glad to have the iPad back (as was my child), and although it cost around $150 dollars, it was better than having to replace the entire iPad because of a severely cracked screen. read more

This is THE BEST computer and phone and more fix it place ever!! I always get such great service and helpful advice. KALEB is very knowledgeable and gets things done so quickly! I did a computer (Lenovo) pushed update and after it installed and rebooted, I had nothing!! Screen said something about entering boot master disc etc. etc. There is nowhere to even install a disc on this computer, and you could not get past the screen. Long story short, dropped off computer, paid the 49.99 to have it looked at, next was called and was told by tech that basically there was nothing that could be done, it was fried! Without some BIOS password they could not even get into it. At best I could send into to Lenovo and see what they would do if anything, but mother board was gone and at best would be replaced if possible. Defeated I pick up computer, came back to work and looked at it. There is a QRcode on pad for Lenovo service, I scanned it, and literally typed in the message on the screen and within a few scrolls and notes, I turned it off and back on repeating hitting F2 and low behold a safe mode screen, a BIOS menu, disabled 2 things that looked like my issue-save it, rebooted and VIOLA, my entire computer back up and running, all pics resume etc all in tac. After being told the whole was fried and no good. I HAVE NO IT TRAINING AND HERE WE ARE. Went back to the store, opened the computer and logged in front of them and was met with SHOCK. I asked for my 49.99 back, since I fixed it myself and they are the "trained" ones and was immediately told NO, that's the policy and I could try and call someone. instead I take to YELP, glad some/most say they had good experience, but I seriously question what training knowledge this ppl have and personally would take my stuff to a mall kiosk vs. this business, after I try myself. Thanks YouTube, google, forums etc. lesson learned. PEOPLE TRY THIS YOURSELF FIRST read more

This is the second time I have used this chain and both times the service has been reliable and fast. A bonus is you can schedule a drop off time or even request someone to come to you. For this visit I had a pretty easy fix. A charger had broken off in my iPad. The staff members looked at the iPad went to the back area to get a tool and got the pieces out in less then 1 min. It seriously to me longer to get the iPad case off. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs someone to work on their phone or tablet. read more

Cracked the top half of my phone last night when i dropped it trying to lock the door to my clinic, got online to see where i could fix it. My boyfriend recommended uBreakiFix. Got an appointment for the next day, love that it's super quick. Went there and the representative told me it would take about an hour and a half. I planned on sitting in starbucks next door on laptop so that was no problem. Got a text about 25 minutes later that my phone was ready. Super quick and easy. Even got a new screen protector all about $187. Saves me money when i go to trade in my phone so i thought it was worth the price. Highly recommend this place! read more

Do not go to any ubreakifix location for ps5 or Xbox repair I took my ps5 in for repair they said they couldn't fix, it had a motherboard issue .. I was referred by a friend to take my ps5 to Global Wireless.. the technician called me back and asked me who tried to repair it because whoever tried to repair it ,didn't have the hdmi lined up correctly and it was not soldered to the circuit board.. I've done some soldering in my day a first year tech should know that components have to be soldered to work and have a good connection.. The guys at "Global wireless" are very knowledgeable about game systems I would definitely recommend them .. read more

I recently had my iPhone 12 screen repaired after there were many scratches on the screen, but when I received my phone my back I immediately noticed that the quality of the screen was much worse than what it was before the repair. The polarization of the screen was also off and it was easy to tell it was a, "knock off screen." After I noticed this I immediately went back into the store and asked what the issue was and they said that there was no issue and the only way to possibly fix it was to pay another 100 dollars after already spending 300. After all of this I kept my screen and about 2 weeks after having the new poor screen it suddenly started turning blue in the corner and now has spread to 50% of my screen. This makes it rather hard to see some picture or read words in these portions of the screen. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed as I thought I was able to trust this store after being referred by a friend, fortunately I know not to come back. read more
