Today I needed batteries for two key fobs, and the batteries were available. The employee quickly installed them and explained the lifetime warranty. The employees are always knowledgeable and they quickly locate the item or items I need. The variety of decorative light bulbs is impressive. I'm going to stop back in and choose some to brighten up my decor. Besides batteries and bulbs this store has so much more. Today I noticed the Rain-X windshield wipers that I prefer. My key Fob went out on my vehicle and after calling around to dealerships other Batteries plus and locksmiths I was told it would take a few days to get a replacement. This location not only had the Fob I needed but I was able to get in and out in less than 30 minutes. The drive was longer than the actual work performed. They damaged my son's phone beyond repair while replacing the battery. I took it to Best Buy and they confirmed that it was not a battery problem. The phone randomly shuts off and comes back on every couple minutes, making it unusable. It did not have this issue before the battery replacement; its only issue was not holding a charge- it did not shut off. Both Best Buy and the Apple Store confirmed that the phone cannot be repaired and I now have to buy a new one. I went back to the store to at least try and get my money back on the repair. They would not refund my money and took no responsibility for the damage. Oh and FYI- they charge $69.99 for a cheap aftermarket iPhone battery. You can get an authentic Apple battery at Best Buy or the Apple store for $50. Sure wish I would have known this before!! read more

Ok DON'T go to this place My phone needed repair due to the screen being broken and they repaired it $200.00 later thought it was fixed but it hasn't been working since and has reached a point that it isn't working properly. Can't use face recognition or takes forever to navigate anything...so went in last week the manager said the scree wasn't properly installed and they back up their work and said bring in Tuesday and they would fix it...so Tuesday I go in and manager not there a young man working said he was only one there and he isn't certified to replace parts on Apple phones to come back tomorrow....so go back in leave phone with them for an hour and a half and go to check and see if done and the MANAGER said he needs to order a screen replacement...my husband asked why it wasn't ordered last week and this man is clueless....needless to say my phone wasn't fixed....don't waste time go somewhere else. I made an appointment online for my fiancé to get his iPhone battery replaced and front facing camera fixed. We went into the store and they held our appointment despite the bad weather outside. The Store Manager at this location, Montez Golder, came in to run the store since one of his employees called off because of the weather. Montez personally fixed each customers phone on the spot in a timely manner. He even offered additional services such as new screen protectors. He was going to have to close the store early because of the weather but he made sure to give quality services to each customer there. Montez is an expert at his job and extremely knowledgeable. Good service and friendly - Disappointing phone screen quality. I had them replace my iPhone 7 Plus phone screen. The price was $30 less than the Apple Store and I also got an added $10 off by scheduling online. My only disappointment is the colors are not as vibrant as they were before. I called in to get quote to fix my iPhone 14 pro screen. I was very clear which model and the guy wuoted $239 for a screen fix but they didn't have any in and had to order. I waited a week for them to get that as price was much lower than other places. I just got a call and was told it is $499 and the person quoted me wrong. now I can't get fixed before Christmas because everywhere else is booked. I guess a lot has changed since the last time I worked with this store. i don't appreciate the bait and switch and now not even being able to get fixed unless I want to pay even more for waiting. Not my fault someone quoted me wrong and the store should honor what employee quotes. Very disappointed and this store and chain lost my business. The management at this location is less than helpful, extremely arrogant, and over confident in their employees cell phone repair skills. I was offered a pop socket for my troubles after my iPhone home button fell off as a result of their repair job. I was never offered a refund, although they did provide one only after I asked. This place is horrible. Do NOT take your iPhone or iPad here for screen repairs!!! The manager was extremely rude. The initial screen they put on my phone didn't work. Because the manager said they do several of these a week I was lying when I said it wasn't working right. He didn't have an iPhone so he thought it was normal for a screen to jump around. Came back a total of 4 times to try and get it right and after 4 screens it still doesn't work. You would think they WOULD be good at it since they apparently do so many screen repairs. read more

I have an iPhone 6s and had some charging issues for a few months. I did my best with what i had to clean the port and with no luck. After school, I drove down the road to make a quick stop to fix it (i was anticipating a new port would be installed) but instead was greeted with condescending and somewhat ignorant employees. I'm a high school student and offered the gentlemen working my respect and acted like an adult. But in return i got a lazy and somewhat angry tone followed by condescending judgement. He sprayed out the port with compressed air and claimed it fixed it (which it did) and acted as if I should've known better. He showed me the dust and lint built up and said i need to clean it more, and then said it would be free but next time i should just do it myself. I remarked that I had tried to do it but it wouldn't work for me and he said I had done it wrong.
