He then explained other options for a replacement phone that they had and I requested for a senior citizens phone. He told me that he had was only $80 and that he had Store so we went with that option. He said Phone shipped to me within three business days and to come back into the store to have it set up. I did just that. When I returned, (three days later) there were two different service advisors there to assist, unfortunately, they weren't able to assist me with setting up the replacement phone. Two weeks later, I received my bill and the total was over $250 which is not normal and I called a customer representative for AT&T and they explained that my service plan was changed as well as to add additional laundry added to my plan. I didn't authorize a different plan nor did I authorize any additional lines being added.
