This place is honestly a joke. Not once but twice has my mom brought her phone here and the repairs…read moreonly temporary. First time less than 3 weeks, second time less than 3 hours. And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". To me it's just unprofessional, and money hungry to charge for a repair that needs fixed twice . Won't be back, won't recommend. They're also very vague with what they do repair, they say they order parts , replace things and do all this and that. But you never exactly hear what was done. It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . Phone battery died after it left the shop, worker told me it left with good battery #s and it's extra charge to replace the battery. Note says it was shown and documented Low battery numbers yesterday, didn't mention it , didn't show paper work till I asked for it today . NOTHING . A joke . Scam scam scam.

They called and left a voicemail letting me know that was not repairable. While being told that news was frustrating, the main issue is what happened next. After returning from a vacation, I went to pick up the device, I was told they had already gotten rid of it - without ever asking for my permission. This was only a couple of weeks after drop-off. The Joy-Cons were still fully functional, and many other components of the device were intact, that could have been salvaged. Regardless of how a repair turns out, this shop has no right to get rid of a customer's belongings without clear consent. I was never asked, never notified, and given no opportunity to retrieve what was still valuable to my wife. I paid for a diagnostic, not for my belongings to be taken and sold for their recycling parts, for the shop's benefit. I would not recommend this shop to anyone who values their electronics being treated with basic respect.

They quoted the phone had scratches and that further diminished the values. There was no scratches that you could see from holding the phone in all directions from 8 inches away from your face. I then took it to Indy phone doctor and when I told them that they told me that my phone had a bad battery because it was at 80% battery health he actually started laughing out loud for several minutes.... At this location, 1 employee (Ryan) was capably and cheerfully managing 2 customers at once when I came in. He managed to make all 3 of us feel welcome and well-served. At 82nd and Allisonville, I saw 4 employees and only 1 other customer. Despite the favorable employee/customer ratio and the wad of cash I had in my purse, this location just couldn't manage to take my payment without being snotty af and so ineffectual that I left in frustration.
