Went in as our phones were losing charge quickly. Told by the manager if we upgraded and moved to a…read moredifferent plan we'd save over $50 a month, so we did. Gabriel, the manager, informed us that our first month would be higher as we were transferring mid cycle but after that payments would be lower. After 2 months we went back in as bills were excessively higher. He acknowledged their mistake, blamed head office, and gave me his cell number telling me he'd text me when he'd fixed the mistake. Received the text saying it wasn't an easy fix, but he would get us where he promised us. I asked if he would refund us the full amount and place us back on our previous contract if he couldn't fix the issue, to which he responded "absolutely, for sure". Text to tell me it's fixed and for a month we received a lower bill. Then it went back up again and he's telling us there's nothing he can do as it's passed the 30 day reimbursement window. Terrible product knowledge in store, if you want to go with Tmobile, buy online.

Recently cracked my phone's screen in the stupidest way possible (bounced off an item from my couch…read moreand landed on carpet) and opted to replace the screen. I have never had this issue before with owning a cell phone, so I was really nervous to have someone work on it. I also was nervous at how long it would take, as with any repair place it is usually over promised and under delivered. Not so with CPR. I walked in and was greeted right away by the owner, who then said since there was no one ahead of me, they could have it done in 35 minutes. I opted to go grocery shopping and come back, and the total cost ended up being $92 including tax. I received a coupon for my next visit, and while I hope I don't have to use it, I will happily return to this store.

Within minutes of picking it up the colors on the screen was different and very dark, it did not look good. About 15 minutes later I got a notification telling me this was not an authorized/authentic screen. I called the owner he said all phones do this when it is replaced. I then called Apple support they told me it is a fake screen and he is not authorized with Apple to give genuine apply displays. I was given a fake screen and was lied to... I do not recommend going here, getting a repair from an authorized service provider only cost $10 more

For this visit I had a pretty easy fix. A charger had broken off in my iPad. The staff members looked at the iPad went to the back area to get a tool and got the pieces out in less then 1 min. It seriously to me longer to get the iPad case off. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs someone to work on their phone or tablet.

I have spent months trying to get this resolved, have been sent to literally ten different ph#s (two of which they sent me were to disconnected numbers). Connor at the branch has been great, but his form to correct this was denied. So for a family that spends over $600 a month with AT&T, I find it ridiculous that I now have to consider pulling all our accounts that we have had for at least a decade over this. It makes no sense to me for this to be happening. Now I have been sent to collections for the first time in my life and at this point I will definitely consider leaving AT&T.
