It was a Sunday afternoon, and Shannon answered the phone and told us to go ahead and get the truck and camper towed to them, and we could boondock in the parking lot. The next morning their mechanic, John, got right on it and manager Tyler was also super helpful. I ended up needing a new engine, they couldn't do the work for several months, so recommended I take it to the dealer. The shop manger was completely honest when there tech accidentally gauged my rims and knocked of the price. Overall I should've been compensated for the rim, the labor and the custom powder coat that was done to them. When I took my other 2 tires in. The technician Jon, I showed him exactly how they mounted on my truck. He mounted them backwards which would have caused major issues. I explained the issues and asked them to be changed around. All I go in response was attitude from him. Very rude! He claims I told them they were front tires, which I responded no sir I showed you how they mounted onto my truck. He insisted I informed him incorrectly but I know I didn't. So he takes them back with attitude and changes them. He proceeded to scratch my custom rims again. This isn't the first time this is the 3rd time now. We are done with them. Lastly these tires weight significantly more my last set. Due to Jon's mistake he refused to help me load these tires and then I was thank you still trying to be kind I got nothing but walked away from. Thank you for this rude interaction. Very sad that a grown man couldn't help a tiny female load tires after he incorrectly completed a service and was asked to simply fix a VERY important thing for my truck to be on the road and not blow off its tires immediately.

We'll find them to be customer centered. Promises kept and speedy service. They send out coupons and this time one coupon saved $185.00 on all points checkup. They hook the car up to a program that checks all over the car. Then they give a report After checking the car all over they agreed it was just a bulb and put in a new one. ( They had the tools to get to the light ) They send a text to let us know the status of the service, sent the result of the test and what they did to fix the car They followed up with a call telling us to pick up the car, go to the cashier and there would be no charge. My husband thought they were going to charge a labor charge and spoke with the service manager who said it was an easy fix and not worth charging. Glad to fix it. Enjoy We will be back and we are thrilled with the kindness and respect we were shown. Thank you Eastgate Jeep for fixing our car and making our day!

I also said to call at his convenience and that I would do my best to make myself available. No call. No further contact. I have sent my check to Chrysler Capital (they were equally as bad BTW) and paid off my Jeep. As soon as I get the title, I'll be out there looking for my next new SUV and I will never buy another Jeep/Chrysler. I'll also never shut up about it. Ya know what? I'm done. So done, in fact, that their customer service has encouraged me to move on from their brands exclusively. In the past 10 years, I have leased 4-5 vehicles from them. In 2018, I phoned to schedule an oil change and was treated so rudely. I was spelling my last name and the CSR callously said something to the effect that I "wouldn't shut up." In 2020, I leased another new vehicle and the salesperson took my business card and used my work email (without permission) to sign me up for all kinds of things. He also messed up the processing of my paperwork and attached the wrong VIN number to my account, which led to me starting someone else's car from the app! This weekend, a huge piece of rubber trim came loose on the 2020 Jeep. I had to call Eastgate for the first time since the 2018 incident and I was again treated so unprofessionally. The CSR didn't care about me or my needs at all. Wouldn't even listen. Said there are no appointments until May. I can't talk to anyone. They won't look at it. Nothing. I can drive around like that this until May or, I can do what she suggested and go elsewhere. She, literally, suggested that I go elsewhere. Know what? Wishes you dare to dream really do come true. I called Chrysler Capital at lunch and got the payoff for my lease. I'm going to pay it off and I will never purchase another of this brand again.

Obviously with no running vehicle, my resources to find a solution were limited; however, I saw on the Napa website that they offer free next day delivery within 5-miles of their location. What a lifesaver! I was able to find the product I needed on their website, plug in the correct Napa location from which I wanted to order, and check the little box for free next day delivery, and just like that... The Napa Fairy (I mean, super reliable delivery driver. Lol!) came to my doorstep with the product and receipt in hand. I made sure to call to follow up on my online order to ensure it went through to the store with no issues, and the staff answered quickly and was very friendly. Super appreciated since my car was stressing me out! I mean, who offers service like that anymore, especially when it comes to auto problems?? Horrible experience with Pendleton, SC store and corporate! Needed new spark plugs for Jet Ski…read morewhile on lake vacation. Brought one spark plug into store to get replacements. Manager said they did not have my brand in stock but cross referenced and had another brand in stock that were equivalent. Unknown to me, Manager made mistake cross referencing and sold me plugs that were not comparable - too hot! Burned up Jet Ski pistons / engine - caused over $4000 damage. Have filed complaint with store and corporate. Manager at store says, "there's no way I could have made that mistake"... Corporate keeps telling me that they referred the situation to District Manager and that someone will contact me - have not been contacted yet! Filed complaint Aug. 20. Meanwhile... no jet ski!!!

I didn't know what to expect. If I had known that you could rent a golf cart to go in the yard instead of pushing a wheelbarrow around a 6 football field sized yard filled with 100's of cars I would have done so. Noted. But all the vehicle's were elevated so getting under them was easy. There were engine lifts out there i didn't have to use one so I don't know what or how someone would go about borrowing one. But they have them. The parts are very reasonable and if you are in the tires or batteries, pretty much anything else that you could want or need for a vehicle they have it.

Now I know it's in the name, but just know that you will have to take the part off the scrap vehicle out in the yard. So some basic wrenching knowledge is needed. I took my own tools, but it looked like they had some tools for use out there. Also, if you are looking to get a big part, or a bunch of parts, they have wheelbarrows you can use, or golf carts you can rent for $5/hr ($20 deposit). The $2 yard entry fee was interesting...not sure why they'd charge me to look, but it's only $2. Also if you sign up for their free vip program you get two free entries and $1 entries after that.
