No reason should the associate have been a jackass saying "oh do well do you rent pizzas out" because my boyfriend was wearing an old jacket from a job he had YEARS ago. not cute or professional. Train your staff on the proper way to politely say "no" because I'm definitely not going to spend money where I'm treated poorly. If I could chose no stars I would, it's okay because this place already has a super low rating which is probably not just from my visit. This battery was $279 and only lasted for one month. When I contacted him, he had me to go get the battery tested which I did, and the battery was no good. I then contacted him back he asks me to ship it back to him which I did that he would refund me my money back or send a new battery. At this point a week had pasted by so I had to go rebuy another battery. Meanwhile im still contacting the owner of Mr. Jorge and he is telling me that he is waiting for the battery to be tested, which I had already did because he asks me to that he would call me back. Several days go by I call back he has other employees answering the phone stating that he is not in or he is with a costumer. At this point, I know that Jorge is starting to avoid me. It's now going on 2 weeks since this all started and he is telling me that he has tested the battery and it has come back perfect.......So please tell me why in the hell would I go through all this with a battery that I NEED and now I have paid right at $600 because I had to go buy my own battery because I need my vehicle for work.
