No reason should the associate have been a jackass saying "oh do well do you rent pizzas out" because my boyfriend was wearing an old jacket from a job he had YEARS ago. not cute or professional. Train your staff on the proper way to politely say "no" because I'm definitely not going to spend money where I'm treated poorly. If I could chose no stars I would, it's okay because this place already has a super low rating which is probably not just from my visit. We were in desperate need of a new battery-mainly due to the incredibly cold temperatures-and did not have the time to wait for it to be ordered and delivered. Sam-the salesperson who helped me-honored the 20% off code I found online and worked on helping me coordinate installation of the battery at another location. However, one of the other salesmen happened to have brought TOOLS FROM HOME AND INSTALLED IT FOR FREE. This is key because the commercial hub location does not provide installation services AND our car is a hybrid and the battery is not conveniently located. I would totally drive back down to the south side to see these guys for vehicle service.

This battery was $279 and only lasted for one month. When I contacted him, he had me to go get the battery tested which I did, and the battery was no good. I then contacted him back he asks me to ship it back to him which I did that he would refund me my money back or send a new battery.
