So I called down there to see if they have the part. They didn't have the item I needed. Well what do I do now I thought to myself? Then I remembered there was another auto parts store up the road. It was Napa. So I drove up there to get my part. Once I entered the store I've received a friendly greeting. I walked up to the counter and proceeded to tell the gentleman what I needed. It took a minute because he had to consult on his computer. Once he found the product he did something unusual. Instead of just telling me where the item was or point to the item, he walked to the back of the store and retrieved the product for me. Now folks I don't have to tell you what this is. This is a great example of what customer service should be! An employee going out of his way to help his customer. Needless to say they found a new customer and to top things off my nephew was with me and he loved the customer service too. Also there prices were competitive with the other store. He's not the cheapest but he and his co worker do great work and are honest. We've had few issues with work he's done and I appreciate that about him. I also appreciate how timely he and his crew are. He's done a range of work from alignment to engine to transmission to brakes. He doesn't do mufflers but will refer you to the right people.

Hired them to put an engine in my car. When I went to go pick it up, they didn't put all of the new…read morepiece on my engine that I bought and I couldn't return those pieces because it was already past the return date. They went back and forth with me on why I shouldn't those brand new parts on my car. I had already paid them before I noticed it. When I say forget it and gets my car, The gears are not shifting. They said that I had a small crack in my transmission pan which was not true. It was cracked while it was up there. I didn't have any transmission leaks when I brought it. When I got it, gears were barely shifting to I took it to AAMCO transmission for them to put the new pan on. Luckily I didn't need a new transmission. But I did have to by a new transmission pan and new fluid. Also when I picked up my car, my brake were going all the way down to the floor. They told me that I had to drive it some and it would start working regular which was false. They removed all of the brake fluid out of my car and when they put more fluid back in, they failed to bleed the brakes. So no I have to pay more money for AAMCO to bleed my brakes. If you have another option for your car, take it to the other option. They don't care about the work that they do. They just want to get you in, get the money, and get you out. This is my first and last time with LIKE BROTHERS.
