The clerk was readily available so it was a quick and painless process. I didn't have the time to change the bulb so I had to wait when I got home. Once I got home to change it, we realized I had a few more bulbs out and the one I bought was wrong so went back to store to exchange and get bulbs. The staff are normally very helpful. The prices are sometimes a bit steep but it's cheaper in long run to do it yourself than go to mechanic. Overall I have a good experience and I hit up this store when I'm in need.

Had an appointment here for 5:30pm on a Friday for an oil change. I noticed that my car was still…read moreout at 5:30pm so I asked a worker if they were running on time and he said yes. They have a few seats available and a TV for entertainment while waiting. I was so uncomfortable waiting inside because the air was blowing so much and it had my nose running and eyes watering very bad. I wanted to wait outside but there are no seats available outside. Around 6:30pm, I noticed my car was still outside not being worked on, so I went to the service counter where no one was and hit the screen that said need assistance which was on the thing you put your card in to pay. Someone eventually came and said that they were running behind because they were short technicians. I was upset because someone else told me they were on time, but he didn't say anything to that. My car was ready to go at 7:30, and the person that checked me out was not friendly. I was glad my car was done, but the customer service is terrible. This is a convenient location for me though and it's cheaper than other places that get me in and out faster.
