The clerk was readily available so it was a quick and painless process. I didn't have the time to change the bulb so I had to wait when I got home. Once I got home to change it, we realized I had a few more bulbs out and the one I bought was wrong so went back to store to exchange and get bulbs. The staff are normally very helpful. The prices are sometimes a bit steep but it's cheaper in long run to do it yourself than go to mechanic. Overall I have a good experience and I hit up this store when I'm in need.

I was able to find the product I needed on their website, plug in the correct Napa location from which I wanted to order, and check the little box for free next day delivery, and just like that... The Napa Fairy (I mean, super reliable delivery driver. Lol!) came to my doorstep with the product and receipt in hand. I made sure to call to follow up on my online order to ensure it went through to the store with no issues, and the staff answered quickly and was very friendly. Super appreciated since my car was stressing me out! I mean, who offers service like that anymore, especially when it comes to auto problems?? Their items are also available to shop in store and shipping is available for online orders if you live outside their 5-mile delivery radius. Thanks, neighborhood Napa!
