We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Mr. Ted at the front desk reminded me of one of my uncles. He was so nice and funny. I really appreciated him not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and physically showing me what was going on and why it needed repaired. The price wasn't terrible and very much worth it. Last week I brought my car in because of three warning lights. They also told me that all lug nuts should be replaced 5/wheel, 20 total. I agreed to replace the brake sensor and lugs. They told me the lug nuts would be over $300 (that's $15/nut), but I m a senior and can't do the work. Today I brought the car in to get the work done. I told the service guy twice that I had to have the car at the end of the day and he agreed. I never heard anything from him. Finally I called but couldn't get through and left a message. He never called back and I have no car. That's what I call shabby treatment. What makes it sting is that I'm paying premium prices for the experience. Stay away
