To know me is to know, I don't enjoy doing anything that involves car maintenance & don't know much…read moreabout it either. My friend suggested I come here to get my car serviced because I needed new brakes and rotors and he trusts them as they've completed work on his truck in the past. Mr. Ted at the front desk reminded me of one of my uncles. He was so nice and funny. Chris was my mechanic and really gave me the knowledge I needed to feel confident in the repairs that needed to be done. I really appreciated him not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and physically showing me what was going on and why it needed repaired. The price wasn't terrible and very much worth it. I walked in at 8am & they were done by noon and left with peace of mind. With no appointment, I thought that was pretty good. My car dealership wanted to keep my vehicle overnight. With that being said, I love supporting local businesses and will more than likely only go to Trinity Brothers from this point on.

I take back every nice thing i ever said about them. told me. no. you don't need a tire. just…read morethe stem with sensor since my dash lights up saying low tire pressure. then. no. you have older car. just stem. sensor not in stem. so. went from $180 on that part of my repair. to $20.. now. next day. as i want to go home. at 5pm.. my tire is flat and won't pump with the portable pump i have. now i have to wait until close to 8pm to get triple A to tow me home. Thanks for nothing. at this point. they can fix what i already paid for. but no reason for me to go there again with this sort of shoddy work.

Bad business practices! Performed work without discussion with customer first! When they discovered…read morethat the repair had a problem they chose to change the computer programming to try and hide it. Refused to let me test drive before paying just under $4,000! Now my truck transmission is worse and I have engine codes so it's basically totaled thanks to them. This is the type of auto repair shop that sets the bar on the floor then trips over it. NOT A FAMILY BUSINESS, they are FRANCHISED and this owner doesn't even rebuild the transmissions he pays ANOTHER COMPANY to do it! Same owner as SHADELAND AVE. location so BEWARE!! And they broke my rearview mirror off and weren't decent enough people to even own up to it!

since there is so many false positive reviews stating lies on this platform let me set the facts…read morestraight for everybody planning to or have been to edward's transmissions . i went to this place for a basic trans issue . mind you my car was still drivable and they decided to not only joy ride my car but abandon my vehicle in a parking lot no where near close to the premises . my car was never fixed and they stole my money and falsely diagnosed my vehicle . because i'm a mechanic and my experience only goes so far . i decided to work on my own car and found a blown fuse leading to my drive system . that is basic diagnosis. the fact that i left my car with you for 3 entire days and you did not fix it goes to show how skilled you idiots are at fixing any thing. after i fixed the fuse my car took off like a bat out of hell . its still driving perfectly fine to this day after i fixed it myself . i had a piss poor experience and overall rude customer service from the "experts" in the bay area . just cause you know how to use a code reader doesnt mean you know how to turn a wrench !!!! i took my car to you guys twice !!!!! twice over a fuse !!! dont let any of these illbrained " mechanics" around your vehicle or any vehicle for that matter . they break everything they touch and will charge you for nothing .

Yesterday I took my car to Lenny at 11:15 am to have brakes checked out and an oil change. I left…read moreat 5 pm and had to turn around and ask questions about why my new brakes made me have to put my foot to the floor to stop the car. The brakes were not bled and I was told that I was simply "not used to having brakes" so that's why I felt that way. He told me I'd have to pump the brakes to get them to bleed and told me to come back in a week if it didnt get better. But yet, this was only mentioned after I returned and asked questions. This is what google says about brakes not being bled properly: "If brakes aren't bled properly, air bubbles remain in the brake lines, significantly reducing braking efficiency and potentially leading to dangerous situations. This can cause longer stopping distances, a spongy or soft brake pedal, and difficulty braking. In extreme cases, it could even lead to complete brake system failure." Yet I didn't learn this from Lenny or his erratic mechanic, I had to leave and see another mechanic last night that tested my brakes and was in disbelief of how anyone could leave my car and my safety in this condition. Bleeding them was part of the service I paid for. In between 11:15 am and 5 pm, Lenny said things like "let's run away to Florida together" and called me his "future wife." I put up with the inappropriate and unprofessional manner until I was so upset and frustrated that I couldn't keep my thoughts to myself anymore. He told me how much it would cost to fix my brakes, and I paid (he only accepts Zelle or cash) so I left the premises while the work was being completed. Over two hours later, he texted me that he made a math mistake and I owed him $150 more. I had to pay it or not get my car back. He was defensive to my voicing any concern or frustration, kept sharing his personal problems and that I "just don't know what he's been through." I had to point out that I had listened to him and knew more about his personal life than I ought to. The mechanic I saw today pointed out two things damaged in my brakes and under the oil pan, both areas his mechanic worked on yesterday. All in all, it was the most unprofessional business experience I've yet to have. Between his flirty "jokes" (that's what he called them when I voiced my distaste in how he spoke to me) and telling me how he lives there at the shop with his dogs, the extremely dirty "office" area... I hope Lenny can get it together and make sure the work he sends out and charges for is done well and leaves people safe and satisfied. Beware of this place. **my mechanic today called Lenny and told him that he just got brake work done and had to put his foot to the floor to stop the car and Lenny said "whoever did your brakes must have done them wrong. Interesting. Please do better, 2 Guys Automotive. This review is going to go around and no matter what you might say in defense, your work speaks for itself.
