Absolutely the best! Will was fast, the price was more than fair, and he actually saved us from…read moredoing a more expensive repair! We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Thank you so much, I feel better knowing my son's car is working -- and that he can call you if he runs into any other problems. :)

Now my truck transmission is worse and I have engine codes so it's basically totaled thanks to them. This is the type of auto repair shop that sets the bar on the floor then trips over it. NOT A FAMILY BUSINESS, they are FRANCHISED and this owner doesn't even rebuild the transmissions he pays ANOTHER COMPANY to do it! Same owner as SHADELAND AVE. location so BEWARE!! To know me is to know, I don't enjoy doing anything that involves car maintenance & don't know much…read moreabout it either. My friend suggested I come here to get my car serviced because I needed new brakes and rotors and he trusts them as they've completed work on his truck in the past. Mr. Ted at the front desk reminded me of one of my uncles. He was so nice and funny. Chris was my mechanic and really gave me the knowledge I needed to feel confident in the repairs that needed to be done. I really appreciated him not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge and physically showing me what was going on and why it needed repaired. The price wasn't terrible and very much worth it. I walked in at 8am & they were done by noon and left with peace of mind. With no appointment, I thought that was pretty good. My car dealership wanted to keep my vehicle overnight. With that being said, I love supporting local businesses and will more than likely only go to Trinity Brothers from this point on.

So me & the hubby went in for a test drive that went nice. Then it came time to talk finance. When…read moreI told them we would not be putting any money down because we will be using the Family First program through GMC employees and retirees it was like I had committed a cardinal sin. The sales rep MATT had us sitting at a desk for 2 hours waiting on finance to come back with numbers. So we had to leave and was specifically told by Matt that he would call us back when he heard back from finance! I figured since it was kinda late in the day that we would hears something the following day. Nope! Friday comes no call so I called and then they acted as if we just walked out & I explained no we were waiting for a call back from Matt because he said he would calls us. Was then told they would relay a message to him for him to call us back! So the weekend passes still no call until Monday when I received a text asking if we were still interested in the GMC Terrain we test drove, I again explained yes we were just waiting on a call back from Matt. Matt finally calls back and acts as if he hadn't told us that he was waiting on finance, he then proceeds to tell me let him check and he'll call us back! So several hours passed and we were out looking at other dealerships so we decided to stop into this dealership we figured in person face to face might spark a fire but nope! We walked in and was greeted and Matt came over and said the exact same thing he's been spewing "let me check with finance" at this point I'm thinking finance is in another country that doesn't have WiFi and can only be communicated by smoke signals because I noticed Matt taking several smoke breaks. Again after sitting there for 45 mins with no acknowledgement except for when we walked in the door! Me and the hubby said it's obvious they don't want our business so we get up and walk out! (This was on Monday) why did they text me yesterday asking if Matt ever got back with me! My response was nope and at this point we've went to another dealership hopefully one of their competitors that treated us politely and respected our time! So no I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone not even Fred Flintstone!
