I have been taking my cars to him for around 8 years whenever I needed an oil change or any car repair. He is very good at what he does. He has never steered me wrong. In the past if I couldn't get into Bob's and I had to take my car someplace else the other places would tell me that I needed this and that done to my car. Not feeling sure about what they'd tell me, I would wait till I could get into Bob's and he'd look it over and find out that I didn't need everything done to it like the other places claimed. We had been told by a couple people that my son's car needed a new starter - Will easily identified a battery terminal issue after a quick diagnostic. Within a couple minutes, Will knew what the issue was, and we were able to go down to the auto parts store and purchase everything we needed for under $20. He was able to get the car running in less than an hour and went above and beyond to make modifications to one part I bought (battery bracket) because the store didn't have the exact type we needed. Will's work was pristine. I cannot say enough about how great of an experience this was. He is also very kind and pleasant! Additionally, I would like to note that he performed all repairs that were requested, he arrived within 25 minutes of my call, on a Sunday, in the snow, and had everything done within an hour (part of this hour was him waiting on my trip to the auto parts store!). This will be the only person I call for any mechanic needs. I've shared his contact info with my family and recommend him to everyone! I've dealt with several mobile mechanics in the Indy area and can say Will is obviously and by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and gets straight to the resolution of the issue. Absolutely loved working with Daniel and the whole team here--they're all extremely professional, personable, and know their stuff. I'm no car expert (otherwise I wouldn't be here, right?) and they were always patient and helpful in explaining the issues without being condescending. The free shuttle service is great for longer repairs -- and one of the reasons I was drawn here in the first place. Or you can sit and wait for something quick like an oil change. What might be my favorite thing is that most communication can be done via text or online forms. While I love to talk to people, my day is usually full of conference calls and it's much faster to just send a quick text or check a box to approve repairs, rather than wait an hour or two for the call to end just to call them and give them the go ahead. I wasn't expecting that at all, but it's so much more convenient than having to play phone tag. And of course the quality of the work is fantastic -- without going into a ton of detail of our exact repairs, they were able to fix two ongoing problems with speed and ease, while the shop that found the problem in the first place still hasn't even called me back. Very impressed and plan to come back here for any future issues. I mean this in the best way that I really hope I don't have to come here very often outside of oil changes and tire rotations, but I know I'll be taken care of when I do.

First of all, they are way overpriced. Second of all, they aren't very knowledgeable. Third, they are just stubborn and won't work with you on how you want to approach the issue with your vehicle, even when they are recommending stuff that has nothing to do with the issue that brought you in. My car had a coolant issue and was overheating. I had already heard bad things about this place but I took my car there bc it is quite close to my house and you can't go far on a car that overheats. They charged $100 just to even look at it and got absolutely nowhere on the overheating issue. They recommended that I start by changing both batteries, for about $400 a pop. They acknowledged that there is almost zero chance this was causing the issue but wanted to press on anyway so that they "get proper computer readings". They had no clue why it was overheating. I have a German car and I know they're not worked on in every shop so I'm sympathetic to that. These guys insisted that their mechanic grew up in Germany and this was absolutely the way to go. They refused to try anything else unless I bought new batteries from them. So I fired them. Best decision I've made in a long time. In fairness, they were extremely polite to me when I came to pick up my car and give them their $100 (which I maintain was paid for absolutely zero benefit to me). I limped the car to Autobahn (formerly Bosch Auto) on the other side of I69. They assessed the issue (for free), replaced the coolant reservoir (it had leaked), and identified that the overheating was a gasket issue, which they also replaced. My car is working tip top now and the whole bill was $1,600. Christian brothers wanted me to get to $900 before they even started to address the actual issue that brought me in!! And they wouldn't take no for an answer. Just kept fighting with me on the phone until I gave up on them. The car has been running beautifully since I picked it up. And btw, still has the same batteries that Christian brothers wanted to take out and replace, which had nothing to do with the overheating or the empty coolant reservoir. Thanks Auobahn! He's three minutes away from where I live and works out of a barn in his back yard so I was like, "whatever... if he does bad work I'll just Yelp him to death" and took my car to get it checked out. I was immediately impressed that the barn in in fact a legit mechanic workshop with hydraulic lifts and everything else you expect from a mechanic. So I was already impressed when he opened the door. Then he puts it through his 99 million point inspection and was like, "idk dude... I don't see anything wrong" to which I responded, "just replace the shocks anyway so my wife feels safe in the car". He already discussed pricing with me so I was good with that but then he comes out and says, "cool I'll have it ready for you tomorrow night". I was expecting like a week or something but he said less than 24 hour turn around. I was very impressed with that. Anyway to conclude this, I've gotten my car back and he did great work on it. Drives better than it did before. I am definitely going to be referring people I know to him in short order.

My vehicle had been making a loud funky sound when the wheel turned (front end). My vehicle had new brakes installed last summer around this timeframe. Turned out the brake rotor plate was too extended. This caused the excessive noise I & others heard. So grateful to my buddy Mark who did a solid for me in terms of directing me to Greene's. Greene's rotated my tires, inspected my ride & the total cost was $40. Thank you sooo much Greene's! Hope I don't haveta see you guys for a good while.
