I went into my local batteries plus as my car battery decided it didn't like -5 degree weather for the past week. They had an extensive number of duracell car batteries. Note these are made under license by a top car battery manufacturer in PA. The batteries have a great warrenty of 48 months. The best part was installation is a very reasonable $30.00. I have a AGM battery so it was more expensive than a reg lead acid one but was a very competitive price. Best was installation took maybe 5 minutes. Way better than a car dealership. Highly recommend for any battery need also believe they have free testing but I already knew mine was a goner. read more

What I love about here is the fact that I can just go up to the counter and hold up the battery I need to replace... and they know exactly where to find it. I don't have to search and try to make sure I get the right thing. Especially these tiny watch batteries and such, they all look alike to me. This is definitely the store to come to for an iPhone battery replacement. It was recommended by T-Mobile as well. We made an appointment online via Batteries + Bulbs website. If you do, you will receive a 10% off coupon. T-Mobile charges $80 for an iPhone replacement but they are currently not doing them (neither is the Apple store, in fact the Apple store is not allowing walk-in traffic at all). I'm not sure if the $80 is labor included. Batteries+Bulbs charges less. With our 10% percent coupon the final price for our battery replacement in an iPhone 6S was less than $60. We were told it would take one half hour to swap the batteries but it did not take that long. While waiting I browsed thru the store aisles. This store has every conceivable battery you can think of and more. From car batteries to watch batteries to car battery chargers of several strengths. I got so wrapped up in looking at all the batteries I never made to the bulbs sections. This is my first time visiting one of these stores. I purchased a lifetime battery replacement for a Seiko watch 10 years ago. Never used the warranty. Today I took in the watch and battery receipt only to be told the watch wasn't under the battery replacement program because they "always" mark the back of the battery when installed, plus it was the "wrong battery". What? The girl was abrupt and rather rude about it. I said I know I have a lifetime battery replacement - was some other watch. I said no, it was this one. She refused the new battery and I left. As I sat in the restaurant next door I looked at the receipt that stated it was a seiko watch. I only had 1 Seiko - a gift from my daughter. I know I bought the battery plan. I returned to the store. Said I knew I had purchased a lifetime battery and it said on the receipt "Seiko". THEN she asks for my info , checks the system, and bingo! I was covered. Unfortunately for customer service, no apology, but even worse, She was as rude as ever. Even worse, actually. I said to her, if you had simply checked your system this wouldn't have happened and you may want to remember this for the next time. So, If you want a battery - Don't go to the Avon store. Bought a reconditioned with 30 day warranty. 45 days later had to jump every time left over 10 hours .When purchased this was the only battery sitting at the doors edge going to rear service area.
