My 64-bit HP Windows 10 laptop wouldn't boot following a Microsoft Update. The PC would power up, begin to boot & just hang... Offering ZERO problem identification & resolution support, I was told to replace the drive & rely only upon my online backups for restoring my applications & data. I refused to abandon my software & data, and picked up my laptop, free of charge. On the way home, I successfully booted the laptop, but was prompted that my battery was low, so I did a graceful shutdown. Once home & connected to power, I successfully booted the laptop & reinstalled the 64-bit July Windows 10 update, with ZERO difficulties! The post-updated PC now boots perfectly & I am SO VERY THANKFUL TO GOD that I didn't forsake my existing hardware, application software & operating system as this vendor suggested that I do. I was even offered a cash payment in exchange for my laptop ownership. Fix the problem, NOT THE SYMPTOMS! Yeah, diagnosis of intermittent problems is difficult. That's why professional assistants are valued. My pursuit of definitive technical resolution will soon continue, but elsewhere! read more

To stay within my price-point and get the best bang for the buck, they re-used my good 1000W power supply, blu-ray payer, card reader, and 2 1Tb hard drives allowing me to stay in budget but get the upgraded processor and 32g RAM I was looking for. As this had critical business files...they instantly jumped into action that same day. These guys know how to create customer value! As they are a small business and do not get the big volume discounts big box stores may get, I was very pleased to see their reasonable pricing. I needed to have an error message checked out on my older Dell desktop computer. The company I had used in the past was out of business so I started searching. I also receive "library rewards" and PC-Com was listed as one of their rewards contributors. I took my desktop tower on a Monday - they called on Tuesday and said it was ready. I was only charged a minimal service charge. They could have easily charged me anything and I would not have known the difference. Fantastic service! Phil, Tim and Anna are all very knowledgeable. With repairs, they make sure to demonstrate to you how your computer is working correctly before you leave the store, and they have repairs completed in the timeframe they estimate (and often even sooner than that). The price is very reasonable, too. I also used them recently to custom build a new desktop - they didn't push the most expensive options on me, and they took the time to make sure it was what I wanted and that I was completely happy with my purchase.
