I had a really great experience with Marvin, when I first arrived I wasn't expecting much and…read morelooked very underwhelming from the outside but once I got inside and started talking to him I was immediately impressed, his office was really cool and he had a lot of intresting equipment laying around Marvin is extremely knowledgeable and knows what he's doing and took the time to really walk me through everything he was doing and explain things in a way which made sense, he was also very kind and understanding throughout the whole process while I was there and to top of it all off when I arrived he was helping somebody out over the phone, and he was taking the time to walk through their issues for free, which I thought said a lot about the kind person he is and the customer service he provides He also showed me his soldering equipment and other computer related stuff which was honestly very intresting. I got to learn a lot of cool and unique stuff that I wasn't expecting at first glance and also got to see a sick 3090 card on his desk which was amazing As for the actual service his prices were very reasonable and we needing a specific part that he didn't have on hand, so instead of making me figure out myself or smth similar he ordered the part and got the next day shipping without charging me extra which I really appreciate Overall, Marvin is an amazing guy, very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing so don't worry about trusting him with your stuff he's very smart, and easy to talk to so much so we had amazing conversation and stories to tell till the end of my visit and definitely learnt some stuff and would absolutely would love to come back again for any future repairs or anything of that. This man is an absolute Fraud and is likely to break what he touches!!!! Just ask and I'll send my email along side the video for proof. Marvin tries very hard to intimidate people who are just in need of his services by threatening to add charges to their totals for no reason especially when he never fixes the problem and only adds to the issues! It was odd having to go into an apartment instead of a shop but as soon as I got to know Mr. Patel all my worries vanished. He began trouble shooting right away and discovered the problem within 30 minutes!! He explained exactly what he was doing which was helpful as I'm a student working towards a tech degree. It was pretty quick service and overall an awesome experience. He had advised what the best fix was and didn't charge me anything for diagnostics.
