Took care of my PC quickly and fairly. It broke on a Friday night and I got it back Sunday morning around a 24 hour turnaround.

He's great. Yes, he conducts his business from his home, but as soon as you step inside you can tell he takes this very seriously. I know a few other folks on here said he was weird or not professional, but I think they must have some really old school definitions of those words. He stands behind all his work with a repair warranty so if he "fixes it" and it still doesn't work then he will repair it again at no cost to you. He can sometimes be a little slow to respond to emails regarding a current or potential job, but I imagine that's due to how super busy he is all the time. He generally follows up with profuse apologies if you send a follow up email. I had him fix a charging issue with my laptop and it was $120 without any new equipment. A few weeks later the charging port failed and I took it back to him. He wanted to fix everything at no charge since he felt responsible for not catching the hardware failure in advance, but I insisted on paying for the materials but took him up on the warranty for the labor. Andy is a super nice guy running a great business with good customer service. Highly recommend this trustworthy fella. This guy will fix your stuff quickly and for cheap! It's a bit weird going into someone's house to get some business done, but Andy was pretty relaxed. The only thing I would improve is the customer service aspect. I talked to Andy when he was in his jammies. I'm not a prude, but I want my computer technician to look the part. The pajama pants weren't working for me. My computer was having issues booting Windows 10 after an SSD install. It only took him about 6 hours total to diagnose and fix my hard drive errors. Andy is AMAZING! My computer's story: My laptop died in the middle of a large assignment that was due the in 2 days. I first brought it to someone else because they were available that day. This other guy had my computer and charged me $45 for "diagnostic testing" in which he did nothing that I hadn't already tried based on a quick good search (holding power button down, removing battery, etc..) He told me it was dead and nothing he could do. I did have him clone my harddrive (which was still good) and he nickle and dimed me for that too. Now I'm out $$ and my computer still doesn't work. When I first discovered Andrew, about 7 years ago, I was in the midst of a new cookie business. I had just been awarded some contracts to bake cookies for Super Bowl 46 in Indianapolis. I was excited to have a contract for NFL Emerging Small Businesses. Back then, Andrew was very easy to talk to, professional, efficient and fixed whatever issue that I had at that time. Because he was friendly, efficient and reasonable in his pricing, whenever I had issues in the future, I called on him. BUT there's been a change in my Andrew. He's rushed, seems jaded and his prices.... well maybe they increased due to inflation, I dunno! But ouch! $90 to fix the audio and touchscreen drivers. I'm no expert so that's why I went to him. Maybe that's the going rate. I balked and a little bit of the nice Andrew I remembered from the past appeared. I was able to negotiate what I thought was a more reasonable fee. BUT two days later my computer is again having the same issues he said he fixed. Wow! His demeanor, his pricing, and his efficiency have changed since I last visited him two years ago.
