While I was the one asking questions and making the purchasing decision, the employee consistently directed conversation and responses toward my husband instead of me. Even after my husband clearly stated that I was the customer handling the transaction, I still wasn't addressed directly. It did feel dismissive and not aligned with good customer service. As a customer, I think it's important to be acknowledged and spoken to directly--especially when asking questions and making a purchase. I didn't purchase the item I wanted directly due to this man's behavior.
